Width = 16 foot
Length = 6'1 foot

These homes from what i searched up came be around 35, 45, to 50 feet per square foot. So 3 different results
1. 35 time 878.4 equals 13,945.244 Kilograms or Class 25
2. 45 times 878.4 equals 17,929.599 Kilograms or Class 25
3. 50 times 878.4 equals 19,921.777 Kilograms or Class 25
So regardless it's Class 25. And the higher end is pretty close to Class 50 (about 5 thousand off) Not bad at all.
And I think the high end should be used as being a more present version of trailers
