Intro[]
Cien fires a cero into the sky that pierces an orbiting satellite within the blink of an eye. [SAFWY raws]
Calc[]
The actual raws use this kanji, which more so means "in the wink/blink/twinkling of an eye; in a flash" (the first kanji means wink/blink/twinkle). So, reasonably I believe taking this as 1 second is fine (I'll consider 3 and 5 second ends as well), as the phrase is more so saying it happened immensely fast rather than a literal blink of the eye. Albeit I'll use 100 milliseconds for a fun literal end.
According to this website, 55% of orbits are LEO, 35% are GEO, and the remaining 10% are MEO. I'll be taking a weighted average to get the average satellite altitude for the distance the cero traveled.
Average distance = 0.55*(2000+160)/2 + 0.35*(35786) + 0.1*(2000+35786)/2 = 15008.4 km
Low-end cero speed = 1.5e7/5 = 3e6 m/s
Mid-end cero speed = 1.5e7/3 = 5e6 m/s
High-end cero speed = 1.5e7/1 = 1.5e7 m/s
Literal blink time cero speed = 1.5e7/0.1 = 1.5e8 m/s

This novel takes place in the time-skip prior to the Lost Agent (Fullbring) Arc and as far as my SAFWY knowledge goes: Kenpachi fought Cien for hours so Kenpachi would scale, and I want to say Uryu equated Cien to the Full Hollow Ichigo that stomped Ulquiorra so that Ichigo might scale.
