So here are a series of calcs for feats in Pop Team Epic. Canon is ambiguous between manga and anime, but perhaps we could make composite profiles?
Destroying the earth[]
This feat happens in the opening of every episode of the Pop Team Epic anime, save for the first one.


The planet is 204 px in diameter while the explosion is 680 px in diameter. So the radius of the earth is 6,378,100 meters. That means one pixel is 62,530.4 meters.
That means the radius of the explosion is 21,260,336 meters.
E = 4*U*(Er/Tr)^2
E = energy
U = Gravitational Binding Energy. In this case, that is earth's GBE, or 2.24e+32 joules.
Er = Explosion Radius. In this case, that is 21,260,336 meters.
Tr = Target Radius. In this case, that is Earth's radius, or 6,378,100 meters.
4 * 2.24e+32 * (21,260,336 / 6,378,100)^2 = 9.95555805e+33 joules, or 2.37 Yottatons of TNT - Planet level+
REVISION[]
I used the inverse square law wrong. It doesn't work that way.
So instead I'll do KE.
The mass of the earth is 5.9736e+24 kg.
Timeframe is about 30 frames when I put the video through a frame-by-frame video viewer, and the frame rate is 25 FPS so the timeframe is about 1.08333333 seconds.
The distance is 21,260,336 meters.
21,260,336 / 1.08333333 = 19,624,925.6 m/s
Kinetic Energy = 1/2 Mass * Velocity^2
0.5(5.9736e+24) * 19,624,925.6^2 = 1.1503293e+39 joules or 274 Ronnatons of TNT - Brown Dwarf level
Flying to Earth[]
They destroy the earth by ramming into it. I'll calc their speed from the timeframe it takes for them to reach the planet.

Earth is 49.5 px and the screen is 389 px.
2atan(atan(70/2)*(49.5/389)) = 0.38757078 radians, or 22.20616995665 degrees.
The earth's diameter is 12741981.1 meters.
Plugging these values into this calculator will give you a distance of 3.2464e+7 meters.
It takes them about 4 seconds to reach that distance.
3.2464e+7 / 4 = 8,116,000 m/s, or 0.02 c - Sub-Relativistic
Since the feat comes from ramming into the planet, I'll get a KE value from that as well.
The average weight of a 14 year old girl is 52.1 kg.
KE = 1/2 Mass * Velocity^2
0.5(52.1) * 8,116,000^2 = 1.71589933e+15 joules, or 410 Kilotons of TNT - Large Town level
Self Destruction[]
In this feat, Popuko self-destructs. This explosion actually killed both of the characters, so whatever the result is, it only applies for self-destruction.

The diameter of the earth is 3006 px and the diameter of the explosion is 634 px. This means the radius of each is 1503 px and 317 px respectively.
The earth's radius is 6,378,100 meters. So that's 4243.57951 meters per pixel.
4243.57951 * 317 = 1,345,214.7 meters, or 1,345.2 kilometers.
Using the Airburst Radius formula...
((1,345.2/0.28)^3)/1000 = 110,888,493 Megatons of TNT, or 110 Teratons of TNT - Large Country level
Vaporizing a Crater[]
In this feat, Popuko creates a crater in the ground with some energy blasts. Pipimi is completely unharmed. There is a considerable amount of steam/smoke rising from the crater, and there are no signs of visible debris, so I think vaporization is the reasonable assumption to make.


The average height for a 14 year old female is 158.7 cm.
Pipimi is 115 px high.
158.7 / 115, which means each pixel is 1.38 cm.
The crater has a radius of 154 px and a depth of 130 px.
That means the radius is 212.52 cm and the depth is 179.4 cm.
Assuming the crater is cylindric in shape, as it appears to be so in the second panel, I'll calc the volume as such, giving us a volume of 2.55e+7 cubic centimeters.
Default value for vaporization is 25,700 joules / cc
25700 * 2.55e+7 = 655350000000 joules or 156 tons of TNT - Multi-City Block level
Since Popuko used four energy blasts to make the crater, I'll divide by four.
