Mikey is an angel from Neon White and his primary role is to send out Neons on missions to kill demons. Mikey acts like a mob boss, accompanied with the accent and constantly smoking cigars. With the absence of God's presence, Mikey and the other angel's true forms are hidden from a mortal's perception and are perceived differently by the characters in the game; for example, White perceives all the angels as cats. Through out the 10 Days of Judgement, Mikey sends out White to different districts in Heaven to kill demons but then bands together, alongside Neon Red, to save all of Heaven from Green's wrath.
