Twintelle is a playable character from ARMS. She is a movie star and uses the ARMS in her hair to fight in the Grand Prix amongst other ARMS fighters.
She is referred to as the 'Silver Screen Queen', being a highly idolized celebrity and actress.
Powers and Stats

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Elasticity, Hair Manipulation, Aura Projection, Able to slow opponents' attacks, Ice Manipulation (Chilla), Electricity Manipulation (Thunderbird), Wind Manipulation (Parasol).
Attack Potency: Building level (Comparable to other ARMS fighters, who can casually break stone pillars and wield ARMS capable of demolishing buildings)
Speed: Subsonic (Able to react to and dodge ARMS that can shoot missiles)
Lifting Strength: At least Class 1 with hair (Able to lift heavyweight class ARMS, Able to grab and lift Mechanica's 545kg mecha)

Durability: Building level (Able to take attacks from other ARMS fighters)
Range: Extended human melee with hair
Standard Equipment: Standard ARMS (Chilla, Parasol, Thunderbird)
Chilla: Small, medium weight gauntlets that contain sub-zero ice inside of them. Opponents hit by them with obtain a freezing effect, slowing them down and preventing them from jumping.
Parasol: Medium weight, black and white parasols that can be shot at the enemy. They are able to blow opponents away if they are hit by them and also supply a shield.
Thunderbird: Medium weight gauntlets that have a small bird-like figurine on them. This bird is electrified, and will be shot out as the gauntlet is launched, only to curve and come back to Twintelle. Opponents hit by the bird can have their ARMS and other weapons temporarily disabled.

Special Ability: Actress Aura: Twintelle is able to channel her yellow aura in order to slow down incoming attacks and projectiles. She can only hold it for a few seconds however, but can be used repeatedly. She is also unable to slow attacks that are too fast and continuous, such as that of a rush attack.
Rush: A technique every ARMS fighter knows, that allows them to temporarily increase the speed and power of their attacks after charging for a few seconds.
