Summary

Tsunade is one of Konohagakure's legendary Sannin. Though celebrated as the world's most powerful kunoichi and its greatest medical-nin, the repeated loss of her loved ones caused her to abandon the life of a shinobi for many years. She is eventually persuaded to return to Konoha and becomes its Fifth Hokage, where her skills proved invaluable to the village.

Tsunade was able to easily slip her sleeping potion into Jiraiya's drink without him noticing at all, despite his vast experience and his own considerable stealth and espionage capabilities)

She was also noted to be the only one capable of healing Orochimaru's arms, which had their soul sealed away and lost their ability to function, even though Orochimaru had the aid of a competent Medical Ninja such as Kabuto. She was able to regenerate from being impaled by Madara's Susano'o and from complete bisection. Tsunade was completely confident that her Creation Rebirth would allow her to survive and recover from Mabui's Ethereal Transmission Jutsu completely ripping her apart)

She was capable of fighting Madara's Humanoid Susano'o clones, and could slam one of them into the ground with a punch)

Speed: At least Massively Hypersonic+ (Even when she was extremely rusty and exhausted, she managed to keep up with Kabuto Yakushi while he was amped by a military rations pill. It should be noted that Kabuto is normally on Kakashi's level. After she regained her resolve, she was able to keep up with and overwhelm Orochimaru), far higher with Byakugō (While notably slower than the lightened Raikage, she was still able to tag Madara Uchiha multiple times, and could even coordinate her attacks with A's rather comfortably)

Stamina: Superhuman (As a descendant of both the Senju and Uzumaki clans, Tsunade has an incredibly large reserve of very powerful chakra, as well as an extremely strong strong life-force and vitality. This genetic make-up allows her to fight for long periods of time, while easily shrugging off and surviving grievous injuries. Even when she was still rusty, heavily exhausted, and injured after a lengthy battle with Kabuto Yakushi, she was still able to withstand a barrage of sword slashes from Orochimaru. She was constantly slashed, and even fully impaled through the chest, but even then, she was still capable of regaining her composure after overcoming her Hemophobia. She then promptly started beating Orochimaru, used her Mitotic Regeneration technique to heal her injuries, which is a very taxing technique, and proceeded to summon Katsuyu, another chakra-taking endeavor. She then went on to beat both Manda and Orochimaru, before showing signs of exhaustion. She could fight for hours on end against the likes of Madara Uchiha even after sustaining fatal injuries, such as full impalement, even by multiple giant blades, stab wounds, and getting burnt. She could even survive complete bisection for prolonged periods of time. It should also be noted that during the battle against Madara, she was constantly healing the Gokage and replineshing their chakra reserves, which also took an additional toll on her. She has spent years storing chakra in her 100 Healing mark, which she can then unleash to increase her reserves greatly. Her chakra reserves are so great that she can protect, heal, and replenish the chakra reserves of thousands of people simultaneously, which she has showcased during Pain's assault and the Fourth Shinobi World War. She even showed her considerable reserves when she instantly healed and replenished Shikamaru, even though a Kyūbi-cloak enhanced 100H Sakura, as well as Naruto's own Kyūbi chakra, failed to heal him)

She graduated from the Ninja Academy at the tender age of 6, with the average graduation age being 12 years old. Tsunade was able to complete the Chūnin Exam's written test, which included questions involving Trigonometry, Kinematics, among other topics far too advanced for her age group. The examinees were expected to either solve the questions using their own knowledge, or use a combination of their analytical abilities, powers of observation, special abilities, and intelligence gathering skills in order to cheat the correct answers, which was the true purpose of the exam. She was acknowledged for her abilities and skill by the likes of Hanzō, which is how she became one of the Sannin alongside Oorchimaru and Jiraiya. She has been credited as one of the principle reasons that led to Konoha's victory during the Second and Third Shinobi World War thanks to her contributions both on the battlefield and in developing the "One Medic Specialist per 4-Man Cell" system, which greatly increased the survival rates of Shinobi cells. She also founded the laws and principles that govern how all Medical Ninja operate. She was considered one of the best candidates for the title of Hokage, and was actually picked for the position. As a Hokage, she was noted to be a very effective leader. She also found out that Danzō Shimura was conducting shady dealings behind the scenes, and extremely wary of him and his organization, Root.

In addition to her medical expertise, she is also an elite Shinobi with decades of experience fighting against and commanding the respect of legends such as Hanzo, Orochimaru, Jiraiya, and even the likes of Madara Uchiha. She's a Taijutus expert who holds considerable skill in armed and unarmed combat. She was also able to teach and train Sakura to master her evasion techniques, which allowed her to gradually read someone's attack patterns and start dodging accordingly, even from blindspots. Finally, she was awarded a 5 on her Databook entry's intelligence category, which makes her comparable to other geniuses such as Orochimaru, Kakashi, and Itachi.

Weaknesses: Using her Mitotic Regeneration technique consumes a lot of chakra, greatly accelerates her aging, and shortening her lifespan. When she runs out of chakra, her transformation technique comes undone and she temporarily loses her youthful appearance. Initially suffered from crippling Hemophobia due to her immense and constant guilt for not being able to save her lover and younger brother, but during her fight with Orochimaru, she was able overcome this. She has unhealthy habits, such as severe gambling addiction and alcohol abuse. She's also very impatient and has a very short temper, and is extremely prone to fits of anger. Katsuyu's Remote Healing is linked to Tsunade's chakra reserves, which renders Katsuyu's healing abilities useless if Tsunade is out of chakra.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

• Ranshinshou (Body Pathway Derangement): Tsunade hits a particular point on the opponent's body and releases her chakra inside, disrupting and rearranging the nerve signals in the brain. The technique confuses the movements of the limbs, effectively paralysing them. For example, if someone is trying to move his right arm, a different body part would perform the same movement.
