We must not let the relics of antiquity be broken and crushed by the savagery of unenlightened creatures, for only by understanding these treasures may we conquer the future. Only we, who have broken free from the shackles of mortality and bound the infinite majesty of the cosmos to our will, can be trusted with this task. That is why we are here, on this wretched pit of a planet. Eliminate these mortals as you see fit, but do try to keep the collateral damage to a minimum.
~ Trazyn the Infinite

Summary

Trazyn the Infinite is the self-proclaimed Archaeovist of the Solemnace Galleries and Necron Overlord of the Nihilakh Dynasty, operating out of the Tomb World of Solemnace. He preserves the artifacts, histories, and even events of his own and other races, sometimes taking them by force. Though he typically sends out warriors or lords disguised as himself, he will sometimes leave Solemnace to personally retrieve artifacts of importance. Using devices like stasis fields and tesseract labyrinths, he captures organisms, artifacts, and moments in history to display eternally within his galleries.

Classification: Necron Overlord of the Nihilakh Dynasty, Archaeovist of the Solemnace Galleries

Powers and Abilities:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Enhanced Senses, Immortality (Types 1, 2, 3, 6, and 8; Capable of transferring his consciousness into his lychguard and other Necron warriors.[1] Reanimation protocols allow for Necrons to regenerate their wounds[2]. As a Necron, his necrodermis body allows him to live indefinitely and survive wounds that would be fatal to other races[3]), Regeneration (Mid; The reanimation protocols of Necrons can allow them to reattach limbs and heal from destroyed torsos and heads[4]), Self-Sustenance (Types 1, 2, and 3), Inorganic Physiology (Type 2), Limited BFR (If a Necron is too wounded to repair, they're teleported back to their tomb for repairs[2]), Genius Intelligence, Information Analysis (Necrons are capable of automatically analyzing information and objects presented to them[5]) Weapon Mastery and Martial Arts (Should be far more skilled in terms of combat than the average Necron warrior. Capable of fighting against Lychguard[6] who should be at least comparable to members of the Adeptus Astartes), Paralysis Inducement and Time Stop (Using stasis fields, Trazyn can hold beings outside of the[7] timestream[1], stopping the movement of objects[5] and other[1] individuals[8]), Mind Manipulation via Mindshackle Scarabs (Mindshackle Scarabs are capable of enslaving others under Trazyn's will[3]), Durability Negation and Matter Manipulation (Even the most basic of Necron weaponry can deconstruct things on the atomic level[3]), Energy Manipulation (Most Necron technology and weaponry has the ability to fire beams of energy. His own Empathic Obliterator can fire such beams and produce shockwaves of psionic energy[3]), Technology Manipulation (Capable of reforming his own Necron warriors and Lychguard with his Empathic Obliterator[1]. Repaired the null-array of Cadia using Scarabs[9]), Body Control (The necrodermis of the Necron is highly malleable[5] and can be[1] easily shaped[10]), Perception Manipulation (A Necron's Chronosense allows them to slow down or speed up their perception of time[5]), Temperature Manipulation via the Empathic Obliterator (The blades of the Obliterator are also superheated and can melt through necrodermis[6]), Spatial Manipulation, Time Manipulation, Dimensional Storage, Pocket Reality Manipulation, Sealing, Summoning (Tesseract labrynths and vaults are prisons utilized by the Necrons to house individuals, armies[11], and even multidimensional C'tan shards[2] within pockets of space-time. Within these pockets, events can either be kept still[1] or events can be played again and again[8]), Non-Physical Interaction (Literally grabbed data out of thin air before projecting the information in his hand[7])

Resistance to Soul Manipulation (All Necrons lack souls[3]), Mind Manipulation and Telepathy (Necrons lack minds in the traditional sense as their “minds” are encoded into their Necrodermis bodies[5]), Hacking, Corruption (Types 1 and 2; Their lack of souls makes them resistant to the corruption of the warp), Radiation Manipulation, Temperature Manipulation, Life Manipulation, Death Manipulation, Disease Manipulation, Poison Manipulation, Organic Manipulation, Biological Manipulation (Due to the Biotransference, the flesh of the Necrontyr were stripped from them and replaced with the necrodermis, logically making them immune to disease[3] and radiation[3])

Precognition (Trazyn's timesplinter cloak allows him to see into the future[12]), Power Nullification (With the Timesplinter Cloak and Shadow Ankh. The timesplinter cloak restricted Orikan's chronomancy and kept him from travelling back in time beyond a half second[13]), Intangibility (With his Phase Shifter), Fear Manipulation (With the Nightmare Shroud), Statistics Reduction (With Gaze of Flame), Forcefield Creation (With Quantum Shielding), Time Manipulation (With the Chronometron), Light Manipulation (With Solar Pulse), Existence Erasure (With the Tachyon Arrow)

Attack Potency: At least Building level (As an Overlord, he’s vastly superior to the average Necron warrior who’re comparable to the average member of the Adeptus Astartes. Superior to Necron Immortals who can punch through Power Armor[14]. Capable of fighting against corrupted Lychguard[6]), higher with the Empathic Obliterator (The Empathic Obliterator is capable of easily piercing through the necrodermis of Lychguard[6] and breaking through their shields[6]); Varies from Building level to at least Large Star level with his collection (Trazyn's collection contains a myriad of ancient and dangerous entities and armies. Within his collection, he holds members of the Adeptus Astartes dating back to even the Horus Heresy[15], at least one member of the Adeptus Custodes[9], a perfect clone of the Primarch Fulgrim[16], a Tyranid Hive Fleet[17], several C'tan shards including shards of the Deceiver[18], and a Krork[1]. Krorks in and of themselves are vastly superior to Prime-Orks and the Beast[19] who themselves are comparable to Primarchs such as Vulkan[20]. All of which he can potentially unleash if the need arises)

Speed: At least Hypersonic combat speed and reactions (Superior to Necron warriors that can keep up with the Adeptus Astartes), possibly higher (Managed to capture a Krork and at least one member of the Adeptus Custodes[9] though it’s unknown how he did so), up to Massively Hypersonic+ perception speed with Chronosense (When utilizing his chronosense, Trazyn can make decisions[5] and perceive events[6] that occur within a microsecond)

Lifting Strength: Unknown

Striking Strength: At least Building level, higher with the Empathic Obliterator

Durability: At least Large Building level (Should be superior to Skorpekh Destroyers who could withstand shots from a plasma pistol for a short period of time[21], with plasma weapons being this strong. Superior to Necron Immortals who can tank bolter fire[14]. Survived being tackled and stabbed by a Lictor, but was soon killed by it[17]. The bodies of certain Necron Overlords have been said to possess durability that may exceed the Terminator Armour of the Adeptus Astartes[22])

Stamina: Infinite

Range: Extended Melee Range physically, Tens of Meters with the Empathic Obliterator

Standard Equipment:

  • Necrodermis: A self-repairing living metal that makes up the bodies of all Necrons
  • Empathic Obliterator: A staff said to contain technology designed by the Old Ones and Trazyn's weapon of choice. It contains an inbuilt resurrection orb[1] and fires beams of psionic energy.
  • Mindshackle Scarabs: Mindshackle Scarabs are scarabs that specialize in taking over the minds of other races. They burrow into the victim's mind and leave them little more than a puppet for the will of the scarab's wielder.
  • Tesseract Labyrinths: Tesseract Labyrinths are pockets of dimensional space-time used to hold objects and individuals. Trazyn himself uses them to house entire armies which he occasionally summons to aid him in combat.[6]

Optional Equipment:

  • Timesplinter Cloak: A cloak constructed using shards of crystallized time, allowing its wearer to peer into the future and prevent attacks coming from the timestream[3].
  • Resurrection Orb: This glowing sphere focuses energy into the regeneration of circtuits of surrounding Necrons, hastening their repair.
  • Gaze of Flame: Flickering witch-fires blaze from the metal death mask of the Necron Lord, chilling the very heart of those who look upon it, stealing away their strength and crushing their courage.
  • Nightmare Shroud: This heavy cloak of living-metal scales was forged by Ut-Hekneth the Unsleeping during his million-year madness. The cloak itself is virtually indestructible, each scale formed from quantum-folded layers of void-hardened adamantium bonded with a hyper-flexible energy weave. This is a by-product of its primary design, however, which is to project the worst excesses of Ut-Hekneth’s madness, assailing nearby enemies with phantasms of dread as potent as any mortal danger.
  • Veil of Darkness: This device was fashioned from transpositanium, a substance so rare that it can only be found in a handful of places in the galaxy. It is highly sought after by the Necrons, and wars have been waged to secure it. Activated with a thought, the veil causes space and time to warp around its user and those near them, enfolding them in a swirling darkness. As the darkness fades, the user and their comrades appear elsewhere on the battlefield, transported through a miracle of arcane science.
  • Solar Pulse: The Necron Lord's staff releases a flash of energy, blinding his enemies and illuminating the battlefield.
  • Shadow Ankh: Is a device in the form of an amulet embedded with the Anhk of the Triad. It contains a powerful null-field generator able to nullify the effects of Warp-spawned powers and sever the connection that Daemons and psykers have to the Immaterium.
  • Quantum Shielding: Necron quantum shielding defies examination, for it exists only at the moment of deflection - at all other times there is no indication of its presence.
  • Chronometron: The Necrons are masters of space and time. The chronometron allows the Necrons to act out of phase with the normal time flow, advancing normally while their opponents move in slow motion.
  • Tachyon Arrow: The tachyon arrow is an intricate wrist-mounted energy caster. When activated, it transmutes a silver inert metal into an unstoppable thunderbolt capable of piercing the heart of a mountain.
  • Phylactery: This inconspicuous charm is a powerful self-repair device, filled with tiny, spider-like creatures that swarm all over a wounded Necron Lord, re-knitting his body so that he may continue to fight.

Intelligence: Supergenius (Trazyn is capable of utilizing advanced Necron technology easily. His intelligence should be comparable to, if not superior to that of the average Necron cryptek who are capable of creating and utilizing technologies that can control the flow of time, alter reality, and manipulate dimensional forces on a whim. Understood the inner workings of the Cadian pylons where Belisarius Cawl failed to comprehend them[9]. Created a virus that allows him to transfer his consciousness into other Necrons[23])

Weaknesses: None notable

Notable Matchups

Victories:

Losses:

Inconclusive: Kim (I Get Stronger the More I Eat) Kim's Profile (Both 8-C. Speed was equalized)
