Summary

Toru (透とお龍る, Tōru) is an alleged medical student and the ex of Yasuho Hirose, originally exposing himself as a ally to the group and a part time student, in truth, Toru is the mastermind behind the Rock Humans within the town of Morioh and the trafficking of the Rokakaka fruit, and the Head Doctor at the TG University Hospital, whose main goal is to collect the new Locacaca that gave birth to Josuke due to its extreme perceived monetary and medical value to the world at large as well as overcome the cycle of anxiety and anger and live as he sees fit within society.

At least Average Human (Has been shown and stated to walk at the speed one would expect of an 89 year old man when in view of someone), likely much higher (Has moved like a blur when out of sight, seemingly even blitzing his targets) with Relativistic+ combat speed and reactions with Wonder of U (Could avoid a point blank attack rush from Soft & Wet, twice, has consistently reacted to Josuke's attacks with little issue, only ever being taken aback when distracted)

Durability: Wall level, possibly higher, higher while transformed (By virtue of being a rock human; survived being launch through the air after being hit by Josuke's Spin and smashed against a vehicle, with any damage he took seeming to have come from Josuke), Unknown, likely Building level with Wonder of U (Managed to block Josuke's Spin attacks. Was choked by Rai Mamezuku, though he didn't take any noticeable damage and was fine immediately after. Has only been hurt by attacks that have negated durability)

Stamina: Superhuman, was able to endure having a hole blown through the side of his head with little issue, was able to survive getting a hole blown through his chest, only to get up and continue walking and eventually sprinting into a run and survived, at least briefly, having a hole blown through his neck. Wonder of U has been shown to be an automatic Stand that can be kept up for days at a time, tracking numerous targets at once, likely infinite due to its nature as a Automatic Long Distance Stand and the fact that its the Calamity itself, which is endless and will continue forever unless the prerequisites are no longer met. Was more or less unhindered by having a chunk taken out of its head and could continue to function after having a hole blown through its torso and losing his head.

Range: Standard Melee Range for Toru. Standard Melee Range, Extended Melee Range with cane, has a manifestation and effective range of at least Several Kilometers (Has appeared at opposite ends of Morioh at the same time), likely much higher (Is the Calamity itself, a force that permeates through the world). Endless Calamity has been implied to have drawn in weather like typhoons from the sea and has shown to be able to effect things over 10,000 meters away, likely far higher (Is a natural law that permeates throughout the world and is implied to be able to draw in Calamities from across Earth).

Standard Equipment: Wonder of U (Who wields a sturdy cane), Rock Organisms (Specifically the Do Do Do De Da Da Da and Obladi Oblada, possibly several other organisms)

Intelligence: Gifted (Toru has shown an understanding of some technology to an extent. Most notably, Toru, by virtue of being the Head Doctor, has a vast understanding of medical sciences, medicines, anatomy, biology and various ailments, even being able to deduce issues and problems one may be having with little beyond just a glance, even if said issue isn't overtly obvious. Toru has been shown to be quite cunning and manipulative, managing to separate his foes, create a sense of distrust and possible tension between them to an extent, manipulating their actions to ultimately have them lure him to his goal while keeping up his Stand attack, all the while drawing attention away from himself as the enemy and even gaining the trust of one of his primary foes. His Stand, Wonder Of U has shown good analytical skills, being able to deduce someone opened and touched a Locacaca fruit jar, by them off handily calling it a fruit as opposed to something else. Wonder Of U is also shown to be quite cautious, always staying just out of range of his foes and avoiding any possible traps they may have laid, always analyzing the situation and what his best route of action would be, even retreat if it's optimal and safest route to victory. Is also adept at creating scenarios in order to have his foes "pursue" him, even if it's just as simple as appearing in their line of sight but just out of range, thus activating his ability.)

Standard Tactics: Toru usually hides or is located completely out of sight, often at a great distance, making an effort to draw attention away from himself to the point his foes even think of him as a ally while his Stand, Wonder Of U, tricks his foes into "pursuing him" which can range from simply appearing in their line of sight and running away or creating entire situations that will lure those into wanting to come after him, of course simply thinking about defeating the Stand will activate the ability so it isn't overly difficult to do. If backed into a corner, Toru will try and get his foes to approach him, in order to get them into the flow of the Calamity. The Stand itself is quite cautious as well and analytical.

Weaknesses: Toru in his rock like state can be asphyxiated much quicker if fully submerged in a liquid if he lacks sufficient oxygen. Toru, due to being a rock human, likely occasionally hibernates for 30-90 days out of the year, the length of a hibernation and how long between each hibernation can vary between individuals. While "pursuing" the Head Doctor will activate the ability automatically, if the Stand/User is made to come to the target instead, the ability won't activate, stated multiple times (Though actions that the target performs upon their arrival that can be classified as "pursuing" will still activate the ability). Abilities that can transcend the logic of the calamities, such as the Spin can ignore his defenses and can harm him if not outright kill him (Though the characters attempting to use them will still be subjugated to the Calamity, making inflicting damage still quite dangerous and difficult). The flow of the Calamity can be temporarily disrupted if Toru takes heavy damage somehow, though only briefly. Those who know of the Stand's true nature will see its true form, not that of its adopted appearance. Actions that don't count as "Pursuing" or an "Attack" won't be subjugated to the flow of the Calamity and he can be approached if there's zero will to "attack", though actions taken afterwards or consequences from said harmless actions do count and if those harmless actions were done with intent of an "attack" even if not explicitly one in and of itself, will be caught in the Calamity accordingly. Damage taken be either Toru or the Stand is shared between both, though the damaging and killing of Toru doesn't effect Wonder of U permanently. Allergic to mango.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Wonder of U (驚異のUワンダー・オブ・ユー, Wandā obu Yū): A sentient and robotic-humanoid automatic tracking long distance Stand that can change its appearance, most commonly taking the form of an 89 year old man or a robotic being in a black suit, with those who understand its true nature being able to see its true form. While lacking any demonstrable showings of physical strength or durability, it's shown to be exceptionally fast among Stands of the Part, casually avoiding attacks and deflecting attacks it's capable of with ease. Notably, Wonder of U has shown to be able to appear in multiple locations at once simultaneously, and, contrary to most Stands, choosing who or what can see it, even among Stand Users, to where those who normally can't perceive Stands can perceive it and Stand Users fail to notice his presence depending on the circumstances. The Stand itself is also the Calamity given form, as such, he's an aspect of the world itself and will continue to exist even after the death of the main body, resuming the Calamity if it were to stop due to the death of Toru. Calamity: An ability that manipulates the logic of the world as the world is a continuous chain of logic and reason, making it so those that "pursue" the Stand become subjected to misfortune to an extreme degree and be caught in the flow of the Calamity, preventing almost any harm from befalling the Stand or Toru, resulting in them getting what they desire and ultimately, killing all those within the flow if they stay within it. An ability that activates the moment anybody tries to "pursue" the Head Doctor. "Pursuing" is any action that can be considered "Pursuing" Toru or Wonder Of U, no matter how trivial and can range from, but isn't limited to, chasing him, fighting him, trying to get a good look at him, simply deciding to go somewhere to meet him, trying to contact help, trying to help someone who's trying to "Pursue" him, contacting an ally to help an existing "Pursuer", getting in the way of his goals, touching something he's touched, questioning why he's at a certain location, to even thinking about defeating him. Those caught in the flow of the Calamity are in what is essentially a line of priority from first to last, with the highest priority being the next in line to die, upon seeing his form or face, the Calamity will attempt to take the looker's life, shifting the highest priority to them if they weren't already a high priority, making them next in line to die. It is stated that anyone who pursues him will ultimately die, and was initially shown with Poor Tom being killed almost immediately after trying to reach his then ally Toru, having his head shattered by an unknown collision, and has been shown that the Calamity will continue even if both the Stand and User leave the vicinity, with Toru confirming it himself. Upon activation, the target will be caught in the "flow" of Calamity, which results in interactions and sequences of events that play out in horrifically bad ways. The ability extends to just about anything unfortunate or bad that one can think of, from as mundane as a scratch, accelerating an onset of a disease, breaking of the neck and instant death via Calamity Energy, guaranteeing a unfortunate outcome of random events and sequences that don't have a guaranteed outcome in the worst possible way repeatedly, having items and technology fail and be rendered useless (Such as a phone), having things randomly self-destruct or explode, making people in the mere vicinity of the pursuer feel ill, spawning maggots and dead rodents within food, cause something to spontaneously explode and send a piece of it into the target, killing them and then resulting in something they had to fall into Toru's hands, a drop of water causing a misfire of one's attack, revealing the location of a desired object and starting off a chain of events, accidental self-injury such as cutting one's self or stabbing one's self, weather, manipulating an opponent's own attacks, a panel off a plane over 10km away falling apart and heading straight for the target, infrastructure to suddenly fall apart, causing one to hit their own attacks, debris, fragments and attacks to ricochet in such a way it harms those within the Calamity, causing friendly fire and manipulating an opponent's attacks, causing a foe to miss an attackdespite being at point-blank range, causing a previous minor wound to spontaneously become drastically worse, etc. The way the Endless Calamity can manifest is nearly infinite, even capable of creating a series of not so coincidental "coincidences" to manipulate events, going as far to create a domino effect of unfortunate occurrences in sequence leading to even worse disasters to befall an opponent if necessary, even preemptively creating or causing events to unfold so they happen at the right time and place in order to cause a disastrous outcome, in extreme circumstances it can even cause indirect death that leads to someone else falling ill and dying as a indirect consequence, causing their son, through a series of events over the course of 17 years, to end up in battle against the Stand, ultimately resulting in his death. This ability even draws in those around the pursuers into a state of misfortune even if it's not initially noticeable, it can even be used in order to obtain a goal, such as creating a chain of events to result in a predetermined desired outcome for the Stand such as obtaining or getting ahold of a desired object. Those caught in the flow of the Calamity is likened to fate itself being particularly unlucky for the target, the attacks are even claimed to be ultimately unavoidable and certain actions and misfortune are guaranteed to occur as long as you pursue the Head Doctor and harming the Stand is stated to be impossible and the those caught in the flow will be incapable of harming him as the "flow" will attempt to ultimately prevent it, though, if one were to use an ability that bypasses the flow of the Calamity, one could harm with said ability, though if not incapacitated with said attack the attacker will get brought into the flow, to devastating results resulting in their death. If one were to somehow manage to defeat or kill Toru, the Calamity will continue, resulting in a mutual destruction. It is stated that anyone who pursues him will ultimately die and has been shown that the Calamity will continue even if both the Stand and User leave the vicinity, with Toru confirming it himself. Notably, due to the Stand being Calamity itself given form, even if the main body, Toru, were to die and be defeated, the Calamity will resume as the Stand Wonder of U will continue to exist after death. Collisions: The primary example of this is "Collisions", anything and everything has the potential to "collide" with the pursuer, even homing in on the victim, whether that be inanimate objects, vehicles, the weather, people, their own attacks, etc, all will ultimately end up colliding with the target until they cease their pursuit, they die or the ability is deactivated. Upon collision the target will take damage irrespective of if that thing in question would harm them normally in accordance to how much, how close or had badly they "pursue", often resulting in major and sometimes lethal damage, simply bumping into something will tear apart limbs (Though the fact one had bumped into something in the first place was caused by the Calamity, stated numerous times), colliding with someone or being bumped into to delay the target, raindrops puncture the body as if they were bullets ripping holes through the body, a drop of water will tear through flesh, a falling leaf will slice through fingers, a small fall will rip off extremities, etc. The damage dealt is theorized to be linked with sins or past wrong doings, a Karmic Link, the greater "bad things" one has done, the seemingly greater the resulting damage, whether that be simply deep wounds or lost extremities or even death though it's unknown how true this is, though against the Stand itself, the damage taken upon the collisions or from a Calamity is seemingly proportional to the threat or damage one would have done to the Stand if not stopped by the flow of the Calamity and the further one pursues the Stand the more likely one will be torn apart and die, and if direct visual contact is, made the onlooker will ultimately die. Golconda: Wonder Of U while having the basic ability of phasing, is able to walk into surfaces and inanimate objects as if he was a 2D picture, and walk from one surface to another as if they were connected seamlessly. Such as a wall, a mirror, pillar, and more. Even able to appear instantly between a reflective surface and reality without any actual movement. Do Do Do De Da Da Da: A type of rock insect called the "Do Do Do De Da Da Da". Capable of melding into surfaces like the floor, walls, furniture as well as being able to re-configure itself. If one is struck by this bug, a poison that isn't very strong will be inflicted and upon extending or moving the body's joints up, every hole in that target's body will spew asbestos whether that be the eyes, ears, mouth, etc, eventually those effected will become blind and asphyxiate to death. Works well in conjunction with Endless Calamity, essentially guaranteeing the target will be struck by the bug if they try and defend, dodge or harm the creature and that the bug would inflict an actual wound upon the target thus ensuring that if they move they'll spew asbestos. Obladi Oblada (オブラディ・オブラダ, Oburadi Oburada): A rock organism that attaches to a host and will rapidly spread across their body, incapacitating them, possibly even killing them overtime. Any attempts to rip it off will cause the target to bleed, which Obladi Oblada will use to spread across the target's body and multiply itself as well as tear the flesh off the attached spot, resulting in greatly hindering the victim's movement. In conjunction with Endless Calamity, Wonder Of U can easily get it attached to a target, primarily used in order to retreat from a foe by restricting their movements and ability to follow him. Obladi Oblada will detach itself if fully submerged in a liquid for a few seconds. Locacaca (ロカカカ, Rokakaka): A fruit that's capable of equivalent exchange. If 150 grams of it is ingested or upon entering the body (Though if afflicted by Endless Calamity, seemingly much less is required to create a disastrous outcome, merely a small amount of the juice will induce the effect), any injury or ailment will completely heal but as a downside, something somewhere else on the body will turn to stone and be rendered useless, often falling apart as part of the equivalent exchange. The exchanged parts can be minor and superficial but alternatively it can be something completely fatal like the brain, the spinal cord or heart. If someone afflicted by Endless Calamity eats the fruit, they'll be guaranteed a fatal exchange. LOCACACA 6251: A liquid formula created from the Locacaca fruit in a vile with an administration device fitted onto it. Has the same effects as the fruit but more readily available and quick to administer.
