Summary
The Batman Film Anthology is an anthology consisting of four movies that is based off the DC Comics character itself. As Tim Burton directed the first two movies (Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992)) and Joel Schumacher directed the last two (Batman Forever (1995) and Batman & Robin (1997). At first, the original movies were originally going for a more darker and gothic tone, but seeing how Warner Bros. disagreed with it due to the marketing of McDonald's, the later releases had to be more in a lighter tone starting with Batman Forever.
