I have already lost everything. So I have nothing left to fear!
~ T. Hawk[1]

Summary

Thunder Hawk is the gentle and wise hero of the Thunderfoot Tribe in Mexico. He seeks revenge against Shadaloo and M. Bison, which are guilty of many crimes against his people, such as poisoning the land, kidnapping villagers, murdering their leader Arroyo Hawk (T. Hawk's father) and turning Noembelu and Julia (the latter being T. Hawk's fiancee) into mindless assassins.

T. Hawk enters the Second World Warrior Tournament and, although his achievements are unknown, he eventually manages to guide his people to a new land where they can flourish anew. With Noembelu and Julia still missing, T. Hawk sets foot once again in a crusade against the newly arised S.I.N. organization and fulfill his destiny: bringing back the lost tribe members and prove himself worthy of becoming the new leader of the Thunderfoot.

He weights 162 kg, is 230 cm tall, likes animals, hair ornaments and dislikes lies .[2]

Mastered the unique Thunderfoot fighting style, entered the second and third World Tournaments and journeyed across the world in his quest against Shadaloo. Particularly skilled[7] in wood carving and knows how to talk to birds of prey)

  • Mexican Throw: T. Hawk lifts the opponent and tosses them to the other side of the stage.
  • T. Hawk knows two more, unnamed throws, with which he either throws them away with a single hand or keeps them still and elbows their face several times.

  • Mexican Typhoon: T. Hawk grabs the opponent by the head, spins them in a circular motion and slams them into the ground. Alternatively, T. Hawk can grab the opponent, jump into the air and spin them several times, building momentum and increasing the damage dealt by the final slam. The EX version is stronger.
  • Condor Dive: T. Hawk leaps into the air and dives downward with his arms spread backwards. The EX version is stronger and faster.
  • Tomahawk Buster: T. Hawk stretches his arms backwards and leaps upward, delivering a rising tackle that hits both grounded and airborne opponents. The EX version is faster. T. Hawk can string together the Tomahawk Buster and the Condor Dive in a powerful combination.
  • Condor Spire: T. Hawk performs a short hop, then stretches his arms backwards and dashes towards the opponent with a flying tackle. The EX version is stronger and allows T. Hawk to power through weaker attacks.
  • Condor Rise: T. Hawk jumps vertically higher than normal.
  • Earth Rage: T. Hawk punches the ground with both his fists and generates a localized earthquake right below the opponent. With the EX version T. Hawk generates a stream of quakes in front of him.
  • Thunder Bird: A powerful technique borne from the combination of Neck Hanging Tree, Tomahawk Buster and Mexican Typhoon.

  • Double Typhoon: T. Hawk performs a double aerial Mexican Typhoon.
  • Raging Typhoon: T. Hawk performs a triple aerial Mexican Typhoon.
  • Canyon Splitter: T. Hawk performs Hunting Hawk and Tomahawk Buster in rapid succession.

  • Double Typhoon (v.2): T. Hawk performs Mexican Typhoon, making the opponent bounce off the ground, then grabs them again and performs a second, aerial Mexican Typhoon.

  • Raging Typhoon (v.2): T. Hawk performs an aerial Mexican Typhoon, throwing the opponent onto the floor instead of smashing them down. Once they land, T. Hawk falls upon their back in a sitting position while performing a one-handed salute.
  • Raging Slash: T. Hawk attacks the opponent with a Tomahawk Buster, then grabs them and powerbombs them down. As the opponent bounces off the ground, T. Hawk grabs them by the ankle and stars slamming them down back and forth, before spinning them over his head several times and finally slamming them down one last time.

T. Hawk employs a martial art unique to the Thunderfoot and is considered the greatest warrior of the tribe. He uses his large physique and powerful blows to overpower the opponent, along with great dexterity and aerial maneuverability that might appear unusual for a man of his size. He attacks with a variety of open-handed strikes, kicks, knees and occasional headbutts that take advantage of his great reach. Although not his main approach, T. Hawk often goes for devastating grappling techniques, crushing and slamming the opponent onto the ground. T. Hawk is a honorable man who appreciates a good battle with worthy fighters, but shows a fierce resolve towards those who follow evil paths.
