  • Where does the aversboro regen come from? When was it ever vaporized? the explantion you gave it mentions fire and smoke and splitting into yellow jackets we see today. Niether of these things seem like they would offer even mid high regen let alone low godly? The yellow jacket seems like cretion/reality warping/biological manip.

What calcs put it at small building level? What calcs gives it class k lifting strength? From my understanding size doesn't equate to ap or lifting strength. Was any timeframe given for creating the tunnel/hole under the river? If not the possiblies should be removed and even with a time frame their would need to be a calc.

Size can't be used to get durability either, what are its feats? What has it survived/been damaged by?

Where does the one mile in a second come from?

The immunity to soul manip sounds legit (as long as the native americans truly considered it souless) but immunities/resistances should be listed after the powers.

Further what kind of mind manip does the creature have? What did it do to warrant the ability? Why does it have type one large size? Does its size ever get stated?

    • The Speed and Building Level via Size comes from here.

Reason for 8-C is in the 3rd paragraph, and the Speed comes from the same paragraph. Class K is via size. It is Possibly Low 7-C

Size can be equated as a Tier via the Giant Moose, Gargantuan Leviathan and the Brachiosaurus

    • The Regen comes from it dying, and then reappearing in Cape-Fear.

        Loading editor
    • You can't get ap/dura via size, unless you have someone calc the ke of the insect moving. Even then It would probably need more staff input. The speed says it move half a mile in a second not a full mile.

That very well could just be ressurection rather then regen, or another variant of the same creature. It died to fire, didn't escape the cave...Something with mid high regen cant be killed by anything less then hax or atomization...

edit it states the size of a small house...Id ask a calc member/look up the average size of a small house before classifying it's size.

        Loading editor
    • Ressurection would be more correct I agree, Wouldn't moving half a mile be Transonic?

        Loading editor
    • Id double check that math, Im not an expert when it comes to mathmatics. So question remains is there any timeframe for it digging that cave? If not its possibly should be removed. Also the killing a whole tribe of cherokee, is it ever described/explained how it accomplished this feat? Or the timeframe for it?

where does its mind manip/blood manip/non physical interaction come from?

        Loading editor
    • also the speed doesn't say move as fast as a mile, it says half a mile. and it says size of a house not a small house.

        Loading editor
    • My bad, Large size one looks accurate as well unless we consider the house very small so large size type one seems fine.

Note the moose says likely, the brachisaurus follows real world physics thus several of its abilities can be calced as if its movement/abilities existed in the real world. Leviathan is also scaling off of other creatures from subnautica for it's lifting strength, and to further support its stats.

    • then it should be changed to Likely 8-C, if there aren't any more complaints I will add the revisions.

        Loading editor
    • I think so though do we have a time frame between the creature being spotted by the cherokees to it's appearence in cape fear?

        Loading editor
    • I think it might be worth noting in the weakness that the creatures ressurction is likely not combat applicable as it didn't attempt to ressurect and fight the native americans... {Why is indians still drilled into my head?!} (to be combat applicable it would have to take less then twenty four hours)

        Loading editor
    • there don't really say specifics , but 1855 was the last time it was Sighted. The first time it was sighted being 1715.

The Blood Manipulation comes from it sucking Blood, which is Supposedly Blood Manipulation

        Loading editor
    • Then Id note in weaknesses that the ressurection is likly not combat applicable.

Blood manip should be fine then, what about non physical interaction/mind manip?

        Loading editor
    • Mind Manipulation and Non-Physical Interaction comes from being comparable to the Nun'Yuni'wi (Another Evil Being for Cherokee Mythology) who can interact with souls and control peoples minds. Also I'm fine with it not being Combat Applicable.

        Loading editor
    • Im not so sure it should scale to those, it may be another evil being but the nun uni wi is described as a sorcerer/medicine man. This contrastly is a giant bug that doesn't show the intellegence to use mental manip, plus giving it mind manip based off another intellegent being capable of magic seems off. I can see the case for non corporeal interaction but it seems shaky at best...

        Loading editor
    • I see... well Mind Manip can removed, and then the revision can be added.

    • this might be a weird question but is your username a reference to Percy Jackson?

        Loading editor
    • No actually though I did read most of the original series, so I see why you would reach that conclusion riptide was the pen sword if I remeber correctly.

The truth is I was trying to think of a name for my account on another site and I had the old adage "the pen is mighter then the sword" stuck in my head. From there, well I never fully agreed with it, a pen can change the world, but so can a sword, and much like the pen it all depends on when it's used.

There are several scenarios where a sword can enact a similarly profound and more instantous effect. My user name is a reference to the fact both are valid options...So in other words, I overthought the name because I waste time on pointless things :P
