Summary
The Upside-Down Man is a powerful being from the otherworld, that was partially responsible for the advent of Magic on Earth. He was created to be the dual opposite of Hecate. He has been described as narcissistic and overconfident. Wonder Woman said that his biggest weakness was BY FAR his absolute confidence in the his own strength.
