I'll be honest, I never liked that puppet thing. It's always...thinking, and it can go anywhere.

My daughter, if you can hear me, I knew you would return as well. It's in your nature to protect the innocent. I'm sorry on that day, the day you were shut out and left to die, no one was there to lift you up into their arms the way you lifted others into yours. And then, what became of you. I should have known you wouldn't be content to disappear, not my daughter. I couldn't save you then, so let me save you now. It's time to rest; for you, and for those you have carried in your arms.
~ Henry apologizing for being unable to save his daughter from being murdered.[4]

Summary

The Puppet is an animatronic used by Fazbear Entertainment and a recurring antagonist throughout the series. After a security animatronic failed to protect Henry's daughter from being killed by her father's business partner, William Afton, she would go on to fuse with and possess The Puppet[5], later stuffing five of Afton's other victims into animatronic suits[3] to take revenge against the man that took their lives. While she would succeed in putting the other spirits to rest[6], it would be through the combined efforts of Henry and Michael Afton that The Puppet, trapped inside of the "Lefty" animatronic, would finally be put to rest herself[4].

Attack Potency: At least Street Level (Is comparable, if not outright superior to the classic and Toy animatronics, the former of whom are capable of dismembering adults[11]. Capable of shoving a full-grown man into an animatronic suit with such force that it crushes his skull to the point that only his eyes and teeth survive in the timeframe of at most an hour[11].) | At least Street Level (Greater than before. Comparable to other Scrap animatronics like Scrap Baby and Afton.), higher with bite | At least Street Level (Comparable to other animatronics who can tear themselves and the player limb from limb[2]. Optional Equipment: Gift boxes, animatronic masks

Intelligence: Average. Is stated by Phone Guy to be "always thinking"[1]. Claims to be "very aware" in comparison to "the others"[2], referring to the classic animatronics, who are "like animals"[2]. Isn't fooled by the security guard wearing an empty Freddy Fazbear head like most of the other animatronics[9]. Figured out that stuffing the Missing Children into the animatronic suits would allow them to possess the robots[3], and later orchestrated the "Happiest Day" that set the Missing Children free[6].)

Standard Tactics: If not kept docile by its lullaby, The Puppet will induce severe hallucinations of it and its mask[9] before abruptly appearing and lunging at its victim[9]. | Lefty will attempt to sneak around to its victim before jumpscaring them[12].

Weaknesses: Degrades and short-circuits when exposed to water[5]. Is easily pacified by its lullaby[9]. The Remnant within it can be purged by fire[7]. | All previous weaknesses. Will pursue audio of children played even to its own detriment[4]. | All Puppet weaknesses. | All Lefty weaknesses. Will not move in high temperatures[2].
