Now we also have to consider, though, that Jirou was at the level of being able to destroy Toriko's planet Earth WHEN HIS SEALS WERE STILL IN PLACE.  Most likely, with his seals released and him in Rampaging Beast form, he should EASILY be at large and/or multi-planet level as far as this wiki's standards go.
