“ | Since before I could even think, I was told I was a living weapon. That I was created with all this power just so I could destroy. But that isn't true. It never was. The power was always mine. And as I warp this last city of Krypton free of the planet's orbit and give Kara an extra push... I feel the last of my telekinesis fade away. I realize my destiny has always been my own. | „ |
Summary
In the original timeline, Superman had a child with the human Lois Lane, and from their union, Jonathan Lane Kent was born. he fell ill three weeks before his fourth birthday. Neither Superman nor Lex Luthor could find the cause, and they believed he died shortly after. Time traveler Harvest did know what was wrong with the kid and knew it was only temporary. It was a natural side effect of his mixed genes. He took the boy's body and cured him of his ailments with advanced future medical technology. Harvest raised him as his own, and used him as an instrument in his ongoing battle against "metas". With hate and violence, he created a perfect soldier. When he was in his teens, Jon again suffered from the unstable genes, and Harvest knew the only way to save him was with new DNA samples from his parents. He created a clone of Superman and Lex Luther (with a 3rd unknown donor), Kon-El, to supply the proper genetic material.[1]
In the glorious past of Krypton, there was an army of clones led by the merciless Kon - meaning abomination. His legacy of death and terror should have ended eons ago on that beautiful planet, but Harvest had other plans. He named his meta killer, Kon. Without Kon, Project Superboy would have been incomplete. Harvest fed Project Superboy, aka Kon-El the evils of Kon to turn him into a battle-ready killer and ready to hate Superman and other metahumans.[2]
Superboy, a clone of Superman and Lex Luther (with a 3rd unknown donor) was going to help Harvest to rid the world of metas. He was designed as such. However, when Kon's containment field broke and he was let loose into the world, he began to see that there was more in this world than to be a weapon. And so, he began his war against Harvest and N.O.W.H.E.R.E. and tried to gain control of his life. But no matter what, no matter what obstacle and hurdle he overcame, he did not escape Harvest. He did not live the life he wanted to - a free life. And so, to put an end to the weapon known as Project Superboy and his rampage, Kon disappeared with Harvest, never to be seen again. It is implied he might have killed himself.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics (Even without powers, Kon can perform powerful blows against superhumans), Genius Intelligence (See intelligence section), Limited Inorganic Physiology (Type 1; Aside from a heart and blood, Kon has an inhumane physiology that looks different than other organic beings.[3] In addition, Oracle, a cosmic entity of great power and knowledge described him as a psionic construct[4]), Information Analysis (His consciousness is spread equally through every atom of his body.[5] As soon as he opened his eyes for the first time, he tried to absorb as much as information as he could to understand the situation he was in. Studied the people and technology around him to prepare better against them in the future.[6] Knows what is happening to his muscles and cells[7]), Supernatural Willpower (Soon after being stabbed in the stomach,[8] he was forced to go through an "autopsy" by N.O.W.H.E.R.E. while still being alive. Moments after being rescued by the Teen Titans, he was still able to fight alongside them.[9] While his powers were not working, he fought with multiple broken bones in his body.[10] Fought through the psychic backlash from H'el's barriers[11]), Acrobatics (As shown here[10]), Regeneration (High-Low; Healed broken bones in an hour.[10] Healed his corroding face in a few moments[12]), Self-Sustenance (Type 2 and 3; doesn't need to eat[13] and sleep[14]), Madness Manipulation (Type 2; seeing what was inside his mind and soul scared a psionic to the point of making her collapse[7]), Limited Martial Arts (Can fight quite well and in a skillful[7] manner even without his powers.[10] Could fight against Caitlin, a trained agent.[15] In addition, he has memories of the original Kon, including his combat experience), Limited Time-Space Manipulation, Limited Pocket Reality Manipulation (Due to travelling multiple times through time,[16] his body now produces tachyon particles which feeds the universe itself. And because of that, he was kicked out of the universe by the universe itself as it was not sure how to contain him. Outside, he and Kon - whose body also produces tachyon energies - merged and their union was a catalyst that created a new mini/pocket universe.[17][18] However, Jon did almost all the work. When current Jon met his slightly earlier version, their touch - as well as the union between Kon and Jon, created a temporal shell around the N.O.W.H.E.R.E. facility, and created a new mini universe - in which countless Superboys[19] from across the multiverse pouring into it[17]), and Immortality (Limited Type 6; as explained[17] here[18]). Resistance to Soul Manipulation (Lacks a soul[20]), Mind Manipulation and Perception Manipulation (Against an enemy where his power was ineffective against her, he managed to break free from her control.[7] Broke from Mindspace, a mental plane where Psycho Pirate tried to trap him in[21]).
All previous which has been enhanced greatly, plus; Telekinesis (Kon's main power is Telekinesis.[22] Essentially, all of his abilities come from this. With telekinesis, he can perform a large number of feats such as; moving[5] things[6] and weapons[23] with[24] his[25] mind,[7] tearing[26] things apart, push and pull[27] things[28] and people[29] with[30] his mind,[31] attack[26] numerous enemies[32] at once, can cast[5] omnidirectional[6] energy[33] blasts,[9] and large[34] beams[28] of psionic energy. When he went unconscious/panicked, he destroyed a large urban structure[6] as well as a good chunk of the ground and he began falling to the core of the Earth.[24] Can hyper accelerate his speed.[24] Broke a glass by staring at it.[25] Did this to a N.O.W.H.E.R.E. lorry full of people.[14] Made Bart hyper accelerate.[34] Scanned for weaknesses of a man and negated his durability.[10] Using his TK, he "knit" his damaged organs and body parts together[35]), Psionic Energy Manipulation (Kon's main ability alongside TK is psionic energy manipulation. Manipulated the psionic energies of N.O.W.H.E.R.E. armours.[14] And did it again when they met another time in combat.[8] When his powered were altered slightly, he Nullified H'el's forcefield, which had psionic properties in it.[11] Can gather the inner energies within him and amplify his physical stats[23]), Energy Manipulation (An example of which is shown here[15]), Extrasensory Perception, Enhanced Senses and Greater Information Analysis (Can reach out with his TK to commune with the planet. Can understand the pain and emotions of things around him. Can sense the unseen if he tries.[26] His consciousness is spread equally through every atom of his body and if he tried, he could spread it to his environment outside of his body. Can feel vibrations of sound, the emotions of others through touch. Can sense with every atom of his body, and that's how he knew he was inside a VR instead of the real world. Can feel Red and someone else through a reinforced glass. Can feel vibrations on a microcellular level.[5] Can tell how high into the air they are just by feeling the pressure on the plane. Can taste fear.[6] Upon touching a structure,[6] he can see[8] and feel everyone and everything[13] through it - almost as if there is no walls between him and them/it.[36] Can[24] hear heartbeats. Can feel if something is sentient or not.[24] Can identify and analyse energy signatures.[37] Can sense danger[7] and malice.[38] Can see energy.[32] Can feel his surroundings.[21] Connected himself to the mechanical circuits of Argo City and felt everything within it[39]), Flight (Can[26] fly[40] using telekinesis), Statistics Amplification, Absorption and Reactive Power Level (With TK, he can[26] amplify himself to reach the levels of[22] Superman, Supergirl and Martian Manhunter. When panicking or unconscious, his powers gets amplified.[24] Has something called Hyper-Acceleration which seems to increase his speed.[38] Psionics passively absorb psionic energies of others and empower themselves with it. For example, Kon empowered himself using Jon's energies and defeated him.[41] Can gather the inner energies within him and amplify his physical stats[23]), Telepathy (Reached out to the mind of the planet they were on.[26] Can[5] read minds[36] and talk to people mentally.[41] Read the mind of Supergirl upon contact[27]), Technology Manipulation (As shown here.[26] Nullified a Null Tech Field.[42] Disabled the security protocols of a bank[40]), Aura and Limited Light Manipulation (Has an[5] aura of light[43] around[27] him[44] that glow - sometimes[15] like fire.[45] His[24] eyes can glow[46] with light.[47] And sometimes leaves behind a streak of glowing light[48]), Accelerated Development (As shown here[5]), Pseudo Gravity Manipulation (When unconscious, his TK levels spiked and he began to act like a black hole and pulled a plane and a building down[6]), Earth Manipulation (As shown here[24] and[34] here[49]), Fire Manipulation (Set fire to a Christmas tree[25]), Forcefield Creation (Can create[25] visible and invisible[37] forcefields using[28] his TK[1]), Attack Reflection (As shown here[25]), Electricity Manipulation (As shown here[34]), Psychometry and Minor Automatic Translation (Learned a language - the language of Planet Krypton - by touching Supergirl.[27] The extent of this ability are unknown, since he did not end up in a position where he had to use this ability again. So, it is possible he could learn other languages too), Durability Negation (As shown here[10]), Limited Magma Manipulation (Can control lava with TK[44]), Temperature Manipulation (Can shoot concentrated beams of heat[13]), Energy Projection (Can[40] project energy[48] in various ways), Power Nullification (Nullified the mass and absorption of a small-time villain[40]), Mind Manipulation (Broke the fusion between Cassie and her Silent Armor.[50][Note/Explanation 1] Forced someone to astral project and pull his projection into his mind.[38] Mind wiped young Kara[36]), Memory Manipulation (Mind wiped young Kara[36]), Non-Physical Interaction (Can interact with energy[15]), Deconstruction (As explained here[30]), Limited Biological Manipulation (As shown here[12]), Afterimage Creation (As shown[31] here[29]), Physics Manipulation (As shown here[41]), Metal Manipulation (As shown here[39]), and Explosion Manipulation (As shown[22] here[5]). Resistance to Extreme Temperatures (Unaffected by the molten core of the planet.[24] Unaffected by lava[44])
All previous which has been enhanced greatly, plus; Multiple Selves (Type 1; there are three people inside one body[17]), Incorporeality and Inorganic Physiology (Type 1; is made of energy[17]), Reality Warping (Can freely warp the reality of their new universe[17])
Attack Potency: Building level physically (Comparable to his durability. Fought this man on whom his TK powers were not working and broke his neck with a kick[10]), Varies with powers (His powers depends[24] on his focus[34] level and confidence level,[8] emotions, and willpower[51]) from at least Building level (Far stronger than his base self. Also via these feats.[29] Broke through a reinforced building ceiling[47]) to Solar System level (Can constantly fight against Supergirl and hurt her.[27] While weaker, he is still comparable to Superman and H'el.[52][30][51][53] Fought and made Martian Manhunter bleed.[46] Made a creature[54] bleed who could fight Supergirl.[55] Fought and staggered Trigon.[56] Is an equal match, if not greater, to Jon who was capable of killing all metas on Earth in the near future.[41] At a weakened state, hurt King Shark.[57] Fought Eradicator.[39][23] When unconscious , killed a bunch of aliens, each of whom could rival the likes of Martian Manhunter.[3] And is consistently shown superior to Cassie Sandmark,[33][50][29] who could fight Despero), potentially far higher (According to Oracle, in time, Kon could grow to become an extremely powerful individual, his powers would be without limits.[36] In addition, he should be comparable to Jon who defeated countless metas and superpowered beings across time and space). Can ignore conventional durability with certain attacks
Speed: Unknown, Varies with powers from at least Hypersonic (Casually flew from Middlehope to a nearby city within a few seconds with TK Hyper-Acceleration.[24] Flew past Mach Six[29]) likely far higher flight speed (Can keep up with casual Supergirl[58] and weakened Superman[26]), up to Massively FTL+ Combat and Reaction speed (Can fight[32] against the[46] likes[51] of Supergirl, Martian Manhunter, Eradicator,[39][23] and H'el.[52][30][51] Managed to tag Bart Allen with his TK field, albeit was slower than him[34])
Lifting Strength: Unknown physically, Varies with powers from at least Class G (At a heavily weakened state, lifted the entirety of Argo City and threw it to space[36]) to Class Y (Comparable to Supergirl[27])
Striking Strength: Building level physically, Varies with powers from at least Building level to Solar System level, potentially far higher
Durability: Building level physically (Survived this as soon as he left the chamber for the first time.[5] Survived a hit from[34] Tim Drake, who should be[3] comparable to other Robins such as Damian Wayne), Varies with Telekinesis from at least Building level (Far stronger than his base self. Via these feats[29]) to Solar System level (Can constantly fight against Supergirl and survive her attacks.[27] Despite being extremely hurt, he survived many hits from Supergirl.[35] Fought Eradicator.[39][23] While weaker, he is still comparable to Superman and survived many hits from H'el.[52][30][51] Survived a large explosion in space.[58] Tanked an attack from an angry Martian Manhunter[46]), potentially far higher
Stamina: Superhuman. Fought the entirety of Teen Titans, including Wonder Girl and Bart Allen without showing a hint of slowing down.[33][34] Soon after being stabbed in the stomach,[8] he was forced to go through an "autopsy" by N.O.W.H.E.R.E. while still being alive. Moments after being rescued by the Teen Titans, he was still able to fight alongside them.[9] While his powers were not working, he fought with multiple broken bones in his body.[10] Every cell of his body is a power source of its own, so he can survive indefinitely without nutrition.[13] Fought through the psychic backlash from H'el's barriers.[11] While extremely injured, still managed to stand up and try to help foil H'el's plans.[35]
Range: Standard melee range for physical attacks, up to few kilometres with TK attacks, up to planetary with certain hax like TK senses
Standard Equipment: Self-Replicating Nanite Armor.[27] Aside from standard durability protection, it also offers stealth to a degree, such as allowing him to change his clothes from civilian to his superhero identity and vice versa.[28]
Intelligence: Genius.
He was created to be the ultimate killing machine against metahumans, and as such, inside his mind,[6] knowledge[5] of science, history, war, and combat was embedded. While sleeping inside a VR where he was forced to "become" a hero and learn what it means to be good, Harvest forced him inside an even deeper VR where he was living as the original Kon and ravaging terror across the lands of Krypton.[2] He might be a genius, he is still new to this life, and as such, very inexperienced in aspects of life that isn't science or war.[40] Despite not having seen antimatter before, he was able to recognise its structure immediately.[59] Upon a quick scan, was able to figure out what sort of technology Argo City had in it, and if it would be capable of helping them escape Krypton's doom.[36]
He has the memories of the original Kon, who was one of the greatest monster Krypton had ever seen, and led armies of countless other clones to instil terror throughout his planet. When he learned that his powers did not work against Red, he improvised and managed to take her out by using his environment against her.[25] When his powers weren't working against another enemy, he started to think outside the box and scanned the man, finding weak spots in his body and attacked those.[10] Figured out the power of an enemy mid-battle. He realised the only way to win is to let her "win" by stop fighting.[7]
Standard Tactics: Kon's tactics changes often, depending on who he is battling. But most of it revolves around using his TK, however, in myriad of ways. For example, if he is fighting Superman like character, he will amplify himself and use brute force. But if he is battling someone with energy or psionic abilities, he will rely on other hax and not physicals - but will make use of it when necessary. Hikes to keep a distance between himself and the opponent so he isn't disadvantaged. If he is disadvantaged and cannot affect people directly, he will use his environment against them.
Weaknesses: Since he amps his physical stats generally,[23] his powers only worked when he was aware of a threat.[24] He can be quite overconfident at times, and as such, he drops his passive defences.[8]
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Tactile Telekinesis: Superboy's body is completely surrounded by an invisible field of telekinetic energy, protecting him from harm and enhancing his physical abilities. This can also be used to manipulate objects that are on the same surface as the user (such as the ground) or to fly by pushing his own body through the air (this usually requires effort though).
- The invisible field can sometimes fall apart, however, as he grew up and gained experience, this weakness started to slowly vanish.
- Telekinetic Senses: Conner can similarly expand and extend his sensory output beyond the limited range of his immediate surroundings. Sharpening both his touch to feeling everything around him, from picking up the subtle vibrations on the air or in the ground in order to simulate a sonar tracking effect. To amplifying his audible/decibel range of happenstances well out of listening range.
- Telekinetic Hyper-Acceleration: Kon-El can focus his telekinesis inward to accelerate his molecular motion in order to move at ultrahigh velocities.
- Simulated Heat Vision: By vibrating molecules within his line of sight, Superboy can set things ablaze through the application of extreme heat.
Notes:
- While he might have traces of Krytopnian DNA inside of him, he has made it quite clear that his power does not rely on the sun,[39] and Kryptonite has no[8] effects on him.[22]
- Kon's 9-A tier are subject to change once the right characters, such as Bunker, are added to the wiki. Until then, this is a placeholder tier.
