Summary

Sonic the Hedgehog, born Maurice Hedgehog, is the eponymous protagonist in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics, of the same name.

He is a mobian hedgehog gifted with incredible speed and the power to harness Chaos Energy. Known for an overconfident streak, a love of chili dogs, and a tendency to drop quippage, he's also widely considered the greatest hero within the Knothole Freedom Fighters, co-leader with Sally Acorn. Sonic has foiled the villainous schemes of the former Royal Warlord, Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik, for as long as he could remember to protect his friends and the innocents of his world from the tyrant and those who would want subjugate Mobius's peace.

Sonic is the one true Sonic of all realities, and is destined to become the most pivotal hero of all time and space.

Attack Potency: Low Multiverse level, possibly higher (Is an organic being from the Planet Mobius and scales evenly with his Moebius twin. Sonic's ancestors, including the echidnas, evolved their physical strength to fight Mammoth Mogul's almost limitless power gifted by the Chaos Emerald's infinite energy,[44][note 3] who Sonic once defeated back to a spiritual form so he can rescue Tails, with Chaos Emeralds being superior to the ore that powered Ultimate Annihilator. Is a consistent, combative equal to Knuckles the Echidna throughout the continuity, who can casually smash and shatter a Chaos Emerald[45] with his might and is compared to being a living Chaos Emerald.[46] Sonic detonating the Quantum Dial is seen by scientists from the future as more potent of an event leading to a disaster of cosmic proportions than explosion of Ultimate Annihilator. Is stated by Dr. Eggman to be the only thing capable of powering Giga-Bot Prime, his latest greatest creation, with the Doctor strapping Sonic to the robot later, planning to use him as a battery until he starves to death. Fought Ixis Naugus while he was given a massive boost by a Chaos Emerald, who also expanded the Zone of Silence beyond finite proportions.[47][48] Can fight evenly with Geoffrey St. John while suffering through days of fatigue, who is capable of taking on all and defeating all Freedom Fighters on his own. Should be comparable to Post-Iron Dominion Shadow, who can easily take hits from, physically harm and handle Amy, who previously proved to be a match for Iron King. Comparable to E-123 Omega through the likes of Shadow and Mecha Sally, who is stated to be more powerful than entire old Badnik Horde combined. Is said by Enchantra to possess incredible power, with Enchantra herself being able to shake the entire Other Realm casually just by being angry, a dimension containing a vast starry sky and once was one with Mortal Realm before the split), higher with Spin-Dash, Rage Power and Equipment (When using Spin-Dash and going for the kill, user can almost or fully one-shot an opponent that can take their or their peers' regular attacks. Destroyed what was left of Egg Beater in a single Spin Attack, which was stated to be the most powerful Battle Armor made by Eggman to date, making it superior to Eggs-o-Skeleton, which could fight Silver Sonic V1.0, a robot that stomped early Sonic, with both of them being powered by Death Egg MK1. Sonic's base power wasn't enough to damage Egg Beater's shield, but after a rage boost, he was able to notably dent it. Some of Sonic's equipment, like his mechs or bombs should be more powerful than his normal state) | Low Multiverse level, possibly higher (Stated by Dr. Robotnik Prime to be superior to his organic self, exactly two times stronger than before. Fought organic Knuckles, easily overwhelming and beating him to pulp fiction. Fought evenly with Bunnie, made her resort to using her shields to defend herself from his strikes, and eventually overwhelmed her. The idea of roboticized, Mecha Sonic was originally deemed to dangerous to risk[49][50]), higher with Spin-Dash and Rage Power | Complex Multiverse level (Super Sonic is a transformation powered by the Chaos Emeralds, which are at the least physical manifestations[51] of Chaos Energy. The form has been powered by 7 - 12 - 13 pre-Great Harmony Chaos Emeralds. Scaled equally with Hyper Knuckles when both were empowered by 7 pre-Great Harmony Chaos Emeralds.[52] Absorbed the energy of 12 Emeralds from Master Mogul's First Tenure, who used the remaining of his power to fatally cause the immortal demigods, The Ancient Walkers,[53] to start dying. Later became empowered by the Master Emerald of 13 Chaos Emeralds,[54] an artifact capable of destroying infinite realities and creating a new infinite multiverse after, to negate a spell and fight with a slightly weakened Enerjak, who casually defeated Shadow the Hedgehog after he took off his Inhibitor Rings to fully tap into the Chaos Force.[55][56][note 4] Possibly defeated Solaris alongside Super Shadow and possibly Super Silver, who consumed time itself when it awoke. Should be far stronger after the Great Harmony. Would've reverted the effects of the Super Genesis Wave had Eggman not interfered, accidentally causing the complete destruction of existence [including the Chaos Force]), higher with Spin-Dash and Rage Power[Statistics Values 1] | Complex Multiverse level, higher with Spin-Dash and Rage Power (Powered by a Super Emerald, with just one being vastly more powerful than the Chaos Emeralds[Statistics Values 1])

Speed: Infinite (Stated by WOG to be able to casually visit all the planets in the universe in a finite amount of time,[57] of which there are a countless amount. Is comparable to Zonic the Zone Cop through Scourge, who can keep track of an infinite number of Sonics through the whole multiverse. Is stated by Zonic to have contacted every Sonic in existence by traversing the entire Cosmic Interstate,[58][59] a space connected to all realities in the Infinite Multiverse. Fought Dr. Ivo Robotnik [Prime] to the death faster than the explosion of the Ultimate Annihilator,[60] which blast reached beyond the infinite universe to reach all other Zones, infinite universes in the infinite multiverse),[58][61] with higher Reactions (Comparable to Scourge and Knuckles, both of whom can easily dodge and react to his Spin-Dash. Claims himself to be able to know how to prevent Spin Attacks) higher with Spin-Dash (Spin-Dash, when used seriously allows the user to blitz an initially even opponent) and with Extreme Gear (Sonic claimed that Babylon Rogues' Extreme Gears were too fast for him, and by using Blue Star, Sonic was able to keep up), even higher with Supersonic Spin (Is referred to by Sonic as faster than his spin attacks), Super Peel Out (The Super Peel Out vastly increases his speed) and Boost (Blitzed Mega Man to the point he could't track him, who could track his spin attacks), far higher with Rage Power (Moved a lot faster than Eggman, a Supergenius, calculated he could. Can stack Super Peel Out on top of his Rage to achieve even higher speeds) | Infinite (Acknowledged that his speed was enhanced when fighting Knuckles), higher with Spin-Dash, even higher with Super Peel Out, Supersonic Spin and Boost, far higher with Rage Power | Immeasurable (Far higher than in base. Is capable of fighting and matching the likes of Master Mogul and Solaris, the latter being capable of moving to different time periods by movement alone), higher with Spin-Dash, even higher with Super Peel Out, Supersonic Spin and Boost, far higher with Rage Power | Immeasurable, higher with Spin-Dash, even higher with Super Peel Out, Supersonic Spin and Boost, far higher with Rage Power

Lifting Strength: At least Class G (Is a physical rival of Knuckles and has grappled with those comparable to the echidna on numerous occasions), higher with Equipment | At least Class G (Easily grappled and wrestled with both Bunnie and Knuckles) | Immeasurable | Immeasurable

Striking Strength: Low Multiverse level, possibly higher, higher with Rage Power and Equipment | Low Multiverse level, possibly higher (Easily fought toe-to-toe with Knuckles and Bunnie), higher with Rage Power | Complex Multiverse level (Harmed 1st Tenure Mammoth Mogul and traded blows with Enerjak), higher with Rage Power[Statistics Values 1] | Complex Multiverse level (Superior to Super Sonic, as he uses a Super Emerald as a power source), higher with Rage Power[Statistics Values 1]

Durability: Low Multiverse level, possibly higher (Withstood, and shortly recovered from, an AOE blast from Mammoth Mogul[62] with his Chaos Emerald, who was still fresh off of nearly destroying the whole multiverse. Casually tanked a roar that collapsed a universe.[63][note 5] Withstood multiple attacks from the Egg Beater, noted to have greater durability due to collecting a multitude of Power Rings. Can shrug off attacks from Metal Sonic while he was boosted by the Power Gem, who Sonic considered vastly superior to himself), higher with Equipment. Up to Complex Multiverse level with Power Rings (Sonic and Knuckles were both shown to take hits from Master Mogul due to carrying an abundance of Power Rings), higher with Rage Power. Damage Reduction, Regeneration and Fate Manipulation make him more difficult to kill | Low Multiverse level, possibly higher (Took a heavy hit from Bunnie with little issue and took a laser blast from her. Easily recovered from an attack by Knuckles. Survived a blast that was considered impossible to survive and was only left badly damaged but repairable), higher with Rage Power | Complex Multiverse level, higher with Rage Power (Invulnerability makes him very difficult to kill[Statistics Values 1]) | Complex Multiverse level, higher with Rage Power (Invulnerability makes him very difficult to kill[Statistics Values 1])

Stamina: Superhuman (Sonic is capable of taking large amounts of punishment with only mild annoyances. Sonic also boasts vast endurance as, throughout the course of several hours, he was captured and beaten on more than one occasion, was being continuously hunted, and makes note that he's physically and mentally exhausted and can barely continue moving. Only after all of that, along with ultimately fighting to the death with his greatest nemesis, did he finally pass out due to exhaustion) | Superhuman | Infinite | Infinite

Range: Standard Melee Range normally, Extended Melee Range with basic sword attacks; Tens of Kilometers with attacks and abilities | Standard Melee Range, Tens of Kilometers with attacks and abilities | Complex Multiversal[Statistics Values 1] | Complex Multiversal[Statistics Values 1]

Standard Equipment:

  • Power Sneakers: Sonic's famous pair of sneakers that were created by his uncle, Sir Charles Hedgehog. They're infused with Power Ring energy, created to be hyper friction proof and to never be worn out. After innumerable adventures, it holds true.
  • Power Rings: Power Rings, also known as Magic Rings, are powerful golden bands that are natural by-products of the Chaos Emeralds which contain a limited amount of their power. They can do various things when their power is called upon, such as enhancing physical prowess when the user is pure of heart, is capable of resurrecting others, can give others knowledge, can bring others back from dimensional banishment or enact it, and practically anything the user wishes for in a similar manner to the Chaos Emeralds turning dreams into reality. Sonic has carried tens of Power Rings at once, and can readily do so with preparation.
  • Chaos Emerald: Gemstones with limitless power. While the origin of the Chaos Emeralds are unknown, they are seemingly the physical manifestation of the Chaos Force. While thousands previously existed, there now only exists a single set of seven created from the culmination of all Chaos Emeralds that were scattered across the cosmos. With a single Chaos Emerald, Sonic is capable of stopping time, reversing it, teleporting great distances and across dimensions, and can freeze opponents in time for years at a time.
  • Babble Node: An alien-crafted device created by D'novulands, allowing users to understand any language, even allowing them to understand Mobini (Non-Anthropomorphic Animals), Sonic got one on his trip to space from Captain Oe and it would later permanently become part of Sonic's nervous system.
  • Spatial Stabilizer: A Zone Cop-made device that Sonic keeps under his glove, which allows him to stand under the right angle in the No Zone, a universe in which due to spatial location in the Multiverse everyone stands sideways, and given the name, would likely keep him stabilized in a fluctuating gravity.

  • All Chaos Emeralds: Seven mystical gemstones containing infinite energy, which are often referred to as the greatest power within the universe. By harnessing and channeling the Chaos Energy of the Emeralds, Sonic is granted access to various Chaos Powers on a greatly enhanced scale from what he can achieve with a fewer amount.

  • Super Emerald: Originating from the Seven Servers absorbing Chaos of its power, the power of a single Super Emerald is vastly above even the power of the seven Chaos Emeralds. When Sonic uses this gem to transform into Ultra Sonic, it constantly feeds him Chaos Energy to exponentially increase his speed and strength as time goes on.

Optional Equipment:

  • The Sword of Light: A sword originally created by The Ancient Walkers to aid in defeating the users of dark magic, given to Sir Connory to do so. Sonic has wielded this sword on several occasions and shows great proficiency with it.
  • The Sword of Acorns: A mystical sword forged in the Source of All. It is able to imbue others with powerful magical properties and is capable of acting as an amplifier and conduit for magical power.
  • Magic Stones: Gifted to Sonic after saving a mystical frog, he was given three stones of varying color. Each one grants Sonic special enhancements to his abilities or attributes.
    • Stone of Strength: The Green Stone of Strength vastly increases Sonic's natural strength, enough to casually beat a badnik that was initially overwhelming him, but the exact amount is unquantifiable.
    • Stone of Leaping: The Yellow Stone of Leaping greatly increases Sonic's acrobatic capabilities, even allowing him to jump several dozen stories into the air. However, if Sonic loses too much focus, he can lose control of how high or far he jumps.
    • Stone of Elasticity: The Red Stone of Elasticity gives Sonic's entire body a high degree of malleability and greatly enhances Sonic's regenerative capabilities. Due to this, Sonic is additionally granted High-Mid Regeneration and becomes very difficult to properly harm by conventional means.
  • Blue Star: Sonic's Extreme Gear, created by Tails along with ones for himself and Knuckles in order to catch up to Sonic on missions, Sonic used it to combat Babylon Rogues.
  • Laser Glove: A fairly standard laser weapon installed into Sonic's glove by Robotnik, used in order to destroy the doors used to seal Sonic by Freedom Fighters.
  • Bombs: Standard bombs that Sonic occasionally used in combat, explosions can range in size from room-sized to comically apocalyptic.
  • Reduce/Enlarge Component: A device taken from a trashed Roboticizer that can shrink or enlarge objects, making foes much weaker then shrunken.
  • Jetpack: A jetpack given to Sonic, Sally and Geoffrey in order to move in Zone of Silence, grants flight.
  • Fire Sword: A weapon used by Dark Legion which Sonic attempted to use against another legionnaire with the same sword, but they happened to cancel each other out.
  • Handheld Nicole: A supercomputer which Sonic used one one occasion, she allows him to hack, scan information, create holograms to confuse enemies and track various signatures, be it energy or someone near.
  • Rotor's Doohickey: A device made by Rotor which allows Sonic to cause malfunctions in Machines, leaving them vulnerable to attack.
  • Zone-Link Generator: A device used by Anti-Antoine to move from Moebius to Mobius in order to ruin Antoine Prime's life, it would later be used by Sonic to bring Antoine back home.
  • The Fan of Fen Xing: A mystical fan found in Dragon Kingdom, capable of generating winds potent enough to completely get enemies as strong as Iron King out of the picture.
  • Ionic Residue Tracer: A device made by Uncle Chuck in order to detect traces of Magic, it works even if the one followed are covering up their tracks.
  • Shield: Omnidirectional energy field surrounding Sonic, despite being put on by Eggman, it doesn't seem to limit Sonic in any way and seemingly does protect him from harm.
  • Genie in a Bottle: A mischievous Genie Sonic found incased in a bottle in a small lake, when forced to tell the truth of giving the wishes, Sonic can get 3 wishes, for example taking away abilities of others and giving them to another, including Sonic himself, among others are health, wealth, wisdom and likely more.
  • "The Sneak" Outfit: Sonic's Stealth suit which he used in order to sneak into Robotropolis undetected by robots, cameras and Royal Secret Service, which he was here to look after.
  • Space Suit: A space suit that came in complect with a Space Vessel given to Sonic by Azurites, it allows Sonic to fly and breathe in space, with Sonic also still being able to perform attacks while in it.
  • Giant Robotno: A mech created by a good alternative version of Eggman to combat the Kaiju versions of Sonic Cast. It is significantly more powerful than Sonic's normal state but requires him to use Super Peel Out to activate, which quickly saps him of stamina.
  • Giga-Bot Prime: A giant mech created by Eggman to combat the Xorda, Sonic was the only one capable of powering it and it was claimed by the Doctor to be his greatest weapon at the time.

Intelligence: Genius (Shown to be highly intelligent in his own right, doing things like quickly rebuilding the Tornado and piloting it, as well as being quite perceptive both in and out of combat. He has constantly outdone and outsmarted Eggman for years on end and is even capable of hacking Eggman's technology. Additionally, Sonic excels in combat prowess. His years of combat experience has made him very skilled and formidable despite his relatively young age, with nearly a decade of combat experience fighting a large variety of opponents in a short timeframe. His skill not only allows him to fight against and evade the attacks of multiple other Freedom Fighters at one time, but also match, land hits on and surpass the likes of Knuckles, Antoine and Geoffrey St. John, with Knuckles being able to dodge dozens of traps activating at the same time from different sides unscathed, and Geoffrey - a former member of the Secret Service who has trained in every method of armed and unarmed combat. Sonic is also a cunning and tactical fighter, specializing in split-second decision-making and quick thinking, has shown to use the environment to his advantage in multiple different ways, overwhelming opponents with momentum-fueled strikes, and several other tactics. Sonic also excels in swordsmanship, being knowledgeable on the abilities and different powers of the Sword of Acorns. Along with his combat methods comes his speed. Sonic has demonstrated flawless coordination, equilibrium and dexterity, pulling off fluid and graceful maneuvers regardless of his surroundings. He has created sculptures in seconds, has effortlessly ran across tightropes while holding somebody, has repeatedly dodged and maneuvered around Swatbots firing lasers at him in close quarters, easily dodged Sabrina's power pulses at a close range and has even displayed enough grace and nimbleness to run in between falling raindrops to stay dry. During his earlier years, he managed to continuously outpace, outmanever and trick 3 forms of a supercomputer and the most advanced A.I created by Robotnik - E.V.E, a colony of Nanobots based on DNA of both Sonic and Robotnik, as well as containing thousands of pages worth of raw data on Sonic's Statistics, continuously evolving with each new form taken. Along with that, Sonic seems to be an extremely quick learner, very quickly learning Extreme Gear riding in a single day and quickly becoming a match for Jet the Hawk, a master of Extreme Gear riding, with Extreme Gears themselves being noted to be a highly dangerous transport to those with no experience with extreme speeds. Despite him seemingly having never Truly using swords for fighting before, when wielding Sword of Light, Sonic showed himself to be proficient with it right off the bat, even combining it with his other techniques. Evenly matches Metal Sonic v3.8 despite him containing battle data of all previous models combined, retaining them after being rebuilt. After transforming into Ultra Sonic, Sonic had mastery over the elements without prior training or knowledge on the matter, where as others, like Geoffrey struggled to learn it with no help from Naugus)

Weaknesses: Sonic often needs an external source of Chaos Energy to access his Time Manipulation and Reality Warping powers. Sonic's One Billionth Ring Aura is not infallible, it merely acts to prevent Sonic's death and ensure an eventual victory. It does not prevent general inconveniences, as he can still "temporarily" lose, such as being knocked out, or incapacitated | As Mecha Sonic, he is susceptible to magnetization. Fighting against his programming will quickly sap him of his energy, but is only ever triggered when it comes to the safety of his friends. | Super Forms have a time limit, though it's unknown to how long the time limit is.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • One Billionth Power Ring Aura:
    • A constant, invisible, passive aura that always surrounds Sonic at all times, gifted to him by The Ancient Walkers after collecting his Billionth Power Ring. It has been shown to act on its own volition to protect Sonic on several occasions. It has restored Sonic's physical and spiritual essence, absorbed and retained his Life Force, has nullified magic that's targeted him, and even brought him back after being erased from existence by the Ultimate Annihilator after it overloaded, as well when he was stated and shown to be successfully vaporized.

  • Spin Dash:
    • Sonic curls into a ball and begins spinning rapidly from a stationary position to charge up, then launches forward with enhanced mobility. Sonic has also been shown being able to bounce and deflect himself off of objects for far greater defense and mobility.
  • Homing Attack:
    • Sonic performs a mid-air Spin Dash that homes in on opponents, striking them with perfect aim. After hitting, the attack's force will cause Sonic to bounce off the target. This allows him to attack the same enemy repeatedly, or attack other enemies in his range.
  • Super Peel Out:
    • Also known as the Figure-Eight Peel-Out. Sonic can move his legs in a pattern similar to the "infinity" symbol for multiple purposes. He can build up speed while remaining stationary, can let him move at speeds faster than he's normally capable of, also allows Sonic to amplify the power behind his punches, and can be used to swiftly evade attacks.
  • Sonic Spin:
    • Sonic curls tightly into a ball and rams enemies as a concussive force or cutting disk. This move has been shown capable of effortlessly cutting through thick steel floors, as well as shearing off a cliff. He has also been shown capable of doing something similar with his hands to effortlessly shred handcuffs, and also helps Sonic defend himself from being grabbed. He has even used the Sonic Spin to effect the molecules of objects nearby.
  • Supersonic Spin:
    • Also known as the Triple-S Spin. It's a variation of the Sonic Spin used to launch Sonic into the air and allows him to burrow upwards.
  • Whirlwind Spin:
    • By spinning in tight circles, Sonic is capable of unleashing winds to blow away multiple enemies at once.
  • Vortex Vacuum:
    • Sonic circles around the opponent at high speeds to extinguish flames and cut off oxygen supply, effectively suffocating them.
  • Boost:
    • Accelerating to top speeds while coated in a blue aura, Sonic rockets forward as a highly destructive projectile to mow down anything in his way.
  • Afterimages:
    • A common tactic used by Sonic in order for him to confuse the enemy by leaving afterimages in his wake. Not only can he create afterimages, he can also make it seem as if there are duplicates of himself in a variety of different places over the battlefield.
  • Burrowing:
    • By using his Sonic Spin, Sonic is capable of burrowing through the ground at high speeds. This allows him to perform defensive maneuvers to escape troubling situations and hide from sight.
  • Dust Clouds:
    • By moving in circles around his enemies in a sufficient environment, Sonic can create clouds of dust to confuse and blind enemies.
  • Fissures:
    • Sonic runs circles around the opponent, cutting a hole in the ground to drop them in a trench and bury them alive.
  • Enhanced Durability:
    • Due to the amount of Power Rings Sonic has collected, he has greater durability than he normally should. A robot that spent three thousand years of studying life forms took note that he's exceeded the limitations that sentient life should be capable of. Sonic has also survived being thrown 849,000 light years across the universe in a short timeframe.
  • Chaos Control:
    • A technique utilized by Sonic the Hedgehog, which has a wide variety of effects. With a Chaos Emerald handy, Sonic is capable of warping the fabric of space-time by manipulating Chaos Energy. This can be used for a variety of different powers, such as to instantaneously teleport himself as well as other people objects across vast distances, open gateways (portals) through space-time to travel from one place to another, perform inter-dimensional and time travel, pause the flow of time to immobilize enemies for potentially decades, manipulate matter, and so on. The magnitude of this power depends on the amount of Chaos Emeralds Sonic has with him.

  • Holy Manipulation:
  • Intangibility:
  • Forcefield Creation:
    • Enveloping himself in a golden aura, Sonic creates a protective forcefield around himself. This can also be used to fire multiple beams of Chaos Energy, which allows for simultaneous offense and defense.
  • Duplication:
  • Sealing:
    • The Chaos Emeralds have been shown to be able to seal beings inside of them, as done repeatedly before with Mammoth Mogul.
  • Reality Warping:
    • Sonic can harness the power of Chaos Energy to turn "dreams into reality", as Chaos Energy is known for being able to shape entire worlds into how the user imagines. The power of the Chaos Emeralds' reality bending capabilities should be vastly superior to that of Power Rings, as they have a mere infinitesimal amount of their power.
  • Existence Erasure:
    • The Chaos Emeralds have been shown capable of erasing people from existence, making it as if that never existed in the first place.
  • Conceptual Manipulation:
    • With Chaos Energy, Sonic is able to rewrite or destroy the very concepts that shape reality. As shown as when the Chaos Force and Illumina were erased during Sonic's attempt to reverse the Super Genesis Wave, as they are both confirmed to no longer exist in the Post-Super Genesis Wave timeline.

  • Elemental Manipulation:
    • Sonic can manipulate the elements at the atomic level with his mind alone, as displayed when he fought against Ugly Naugus.
  • BFR:
    • By opening a portal, Sonic is able to use this to suction enemies. He can send others to the Zone of Silence, and presumably to any other location of his choice.
  • Adaptation:
    • Sonic can adapt to his surroundings, such as when he transformed to match the heat of a desert, the cold of a tundra, and the plant life of a forest.

  • The Sword of Light: A sword originally created by The Ancient Walkers to aid in defeating the users of dark magic, given to Sir Connory to do so. Sonic has wielded this sword on several occasions, and shows great proficiency with it.

    • Holy Power:
      • The Sword of Light is able to completely negate any and all attacks that stem from dark magic, and is even shown to form unsee barriers around the wielder.

The Sword of Acorns: A mystical sword forged in the Source of All. It is able to imbue others with powerful magical properties, and is capable of acting as an amplifier and conduit for magical power. Some abilities include:

    • Healing:
      • The Sword of Acorns wields mystical healing powers, which also allows it to restore free will and revert transfigurations.
    • Power Absorption:
      • The Sword of Acorns is capable of draining opponents, allowing users to steal their power while leaving the opponent a weak husk.
    • Power Nullification/Statistics Reduction:
      • The mere presence of the Sword of Acorns is capable of negating an opponent's abilities and greatly weakening them.
    • Paralysis Inducement:
      • The Sword of Acorns can stun opponents and lock them in place, even beings with the strength of the infinitely powerful Enerjak.
    • Portal Creation:
      • The Sword of Acorns can open rifts in reality.

    Notes/Explanations

    Note
    1. His burrowing speed is consistent to itself and has no scaling to his speed using any other form of movement. Its method of mobility also had a learning curve for Sonic to handle till he felt comfortable using it.
    2. While Sonic had only used Duplication in Base form, he did so with the power of 6 Red Chaos Emeralds on accident. Those Red Chaos Emeralds would later merge together during the Great Harmony. Sonic only needs to know something is possible to replicate it, like Chaos Control.
    3. Mogul refers to a single Pre-Harmony Chaos Emerald empowering him as ‘near-limitless’. His strength greatly increased from his bonding with one, which individually contain infinite energy. By comparison- as described by echidna scientists prior to the Great Harmony- 11 Chaos Emeralds together were considered to achieve truly "limitless" power.
    4. Despite trained Brotherhood members drawing in some power from the Chaos Force, Knuckles the Echidna insinuates Shadow must have drawn in power equivalent to an infinite Chaos Emerald to use Chaos Control. This was said before Shadow removed his Inhibitor Rings to fully tap into the Chaos Force.
    5. Sonic felt the roar and states it had the same sensation as the destruction of a Zone's reality, Space & Time, exploding. He wasn't even sure the Flickies survived till they bit Robotnik Prime's hand.
