Tier: 9-A, higher with Scooby Snacks, 7-C with the Sword of Fate

Name: Norville Rogers

Origin: Scooby Doo

Gender: Male

Age: Likely 16-20

Classification: Human, member of Mystery Incorporated

Attack Potency: Small Building level (Can bust through walls[9] and steel doors.[32] He can damage Velma, who should be comparable to him[28]), higher with Scooby Snacks (Scooby Snacks amplify his strength[9]), Town level with the Sword of Fate (The sword allowed him to do battle with the Black Samurai, who fought the Green Dragon[1])

Speed: Subsonic+ (He can outrun a horse[33] and the Mystery Machine, which should have a top speed of 145 km/h.[34] He can move oars fast enough to use them for walking on water[17] and can also engage in combat on the water effortlessly,[1] which should be this fast. He is swift enough to dodge The Gay Blade of the Ghost Set[6]), higher with Scooby Snacks (Scooby Snacks increase his speed[9])

Lifting Strength: Class K (Comparable to Scooby, who can throw a T-Rex's skeleton[16]), higher with Scooby Snacks

Striking Strength: Small Building level, higher with Scooby Snacks, Town level with the Sword of Fate

Durability: Small Building level (He can survive a hit from a Sperm Whale[5] and a tackle from an Orca.[35] He can survive getting shot out of a cannon.[31] He can tank a fireball that levels a small wooden hut.[36] He can survive crashing through a castle's wall along with Scooby and the Grim Creeper.[37] He is able to survive a throw from the Black Knight, which pulverized a section of a wall[16] He is also durable enough to smash his body through a steel door[32]), higher with Scooby Snacks, Town level with the Sword of Fate (The sword made him strong enough to endure clashes with the Black Samurai[1])

Range: Standard Melee Range, Extended Melee Range with the Sword of Fate, Several Meters with Teleportation

Standard Equipment: Scooby Snacks, several assorted commonplace objects and tools via Hammerspace and Subjective Reality

Optional Equipment: The Sword of Fate

Intelligence: Average in terms of basic intelligence, Gifted in terms of physical skill and deception (While Shaggy often seems no smarter than average, with his moments of idiocy now and again, he truly shines in his ability to improvise and act on physical skill. He is consistently able to trick multiple people into falling for his tricks and sets up entire scenarios for them to fall for in a limited amount of time. He is even skilled enough to completely copy someone's voice. During the events of Samurai Sword, he went through samurai training and developed enough skill to take on the Black Samurai, the fiercest warrior in feudal Japan who could take on the Green Dragon in a battle that shook Heaven and Earth[1])

Weaknesses: He tends to get intimated in the presence of monsters, though when the time calls for it, he can pull through despite his fears. He can be somewhat gullible, as he once tricked into opening the Chest of Demons, which contained the most powerful ghosts in the world.
