Summary
Seth (セス Sesu) is the main antagonist of the Street Fighter IV series and serves as the usual final boss for all characters in the games. He is the CEO of Shadaloo's weapon division, S.I.N., and is one of many genetically engineered replacement bodies for M. Bison.

Is a master combatant, with the natural ability to assimilate the fighting styles of defeated opponents or just by watching registrations and analyzing data about them; he can then create new versions of already established techniques and merge them into a new style in constant improvement. As Unit #15, he has acquired the fighting styles of Ryu, Chun-Li, Guile, Dhalsim and Zangief, with some techniques somehow resembling those of Urien. As the Doll Unit Zero, his mind is clouded by madness and hallucinations due to programming errors, undermining his reasoning capability and memory, which still remain the same as before during brief moments of lucidity. He lost the data he had previously acquired, but at the same time he has learned a new unfathomable ultimate martial arts style and a particular skill in mental arithmetic)
Weaknesses: Cocky, and can lose his cool if the fight isn´t going his way | As the Doll Unit Zero, his personality failed to integrate in the new body, causing him to become mentally unstable and haunted by headaches and hallucinations of M. Bison, as well as the desire to kill him
Note: As confirmed by his story in Street Fighter V, Seth's gender is male. His biological brain has been implanted into a feminine body, but he still remains a male.

- Yosokyaku ("Hawk Claw Leg"): Seth jumps over the opponent and kicks them while upright
- Tenmakujinkyaku ("Sky Demon Air Blade Leg"): While in the air, Seth dive kicks towards the opponent

- Tanden Combination: Seth first delivers an upward palm strike to his opponent, steps forward and delivers an uppercut. Seth then generates a miniature black hole which sucks the opponent towards him. When his opponent is in range, Seth places a hand on their head while thrusting his other hand into their midsection to absorb one of their special attacks
- Shoot Slicer: Seth takes a step toward his opponent and delivers a straight punch. He finishes the sequence by delivering a low, spinning heel kick
- Fatal Rush: Seth first takes a step toward his opponent and delivers a straight punch. He then delivers a low, spinning heel kick and finishes by taking a huge step forward and delivering a straight punch to knock them back
- Focus Attack: A heavy move that grants an augmented defense to the user during the execution and, if it lands, makes the opponent crumple
- Genocide Shot: Seth grabs the opponent by the face and lifts them off of the ground. He then lifts his leg and brings it downward, kickking the opponent into the ground
- Death Throw: Seth first grabs his opponent by the collar and lifts them up in the air and tosses them in front or behind him
- Sonic Boom: Seth unleashes a rapidly spinning crescent-shaped wave of ki-force
- Shoryuken ("Rising Dragon Fist"): Seth performs a jumping uppercut, followed by two consecutive hits
- Hyakuretsukyaku ("Hundred Rending Legs"): Seth hits the opponent with a single kick followed by a rapid flurry of unseen force
- Tanden Engine: Seth brings his hands together in front of his abdomen and generates a miniature black hole which sucks the opponent towards him
- Spinning Piledriver: Seth uppercuts the opponent into the air, then teleports above the opponent and piledrives them into the ground
- Yoga Teleport: Seth teleports to another location
- Chariot Tackle: Seth rushes forward and rams his shoulder into his opponent
- Hecatoncheires: Seth attacks with a barrage of punches coming from around his body while he poses
- Mad Cradle: Seth crosses his arms, moves forward slightly before spinning upwards in a drill-like motion
- Cruel Disaster: Seth quickly spins in place before unleashing a fast, heel kick that knocks the opponent down
- Annihilate Sword: Seth jumps and performs an axe kick in midair

- Tanden Stream: Seth swirls his hands around and then releases an invisible projectile. If the projectile hits the opponent, they are sucked into a vortex emanating from the Tanden Engine in Seth's abdomen. Once inside the Tanden Engine, the opponent is swirled around. He then fires the opponent out, and they hit the wall face-first
- Tanden Typhoon: Seth bends backwards with his face towards the opponent and releases a gigantic tornado out of the Tanden Engine that draws the foe into it
- Tanden Destruction: Seth absorbs his opponent like a vacuum, putting them in a storm-like sphere. He then applies energy to the orb that shoots his opponent straight into the wall
- Tanden Extreme: While Tanden Ignition is active, Seth absorbs his opponent like a vacuum, putting them in a storm-like sphere. A doppelganger appears on the other side of the orb. The two of them apply an enormous amount of energy to the sphere that shoots his opponent straight into the wall
- Calamity Shutter: After blocking an attack, Seth swings his fist down on top of the opponent, knocking them back
- Tanden Engine: Seth brings his hands together in front of his abdomen and generates a miniature black hole which sucks the opponent towards him. When his opponent is in range, Seth performs Tanden Install. He places a hand on their head while thrusting his other hand into their midsection to absorb one of their special attacks
- Tanden Booster: Seth dashes forward. During the dash, Seth can follow up with three different special moves. Hecatoncheires Glide Seth glides forwards with a barrage of punches surrounding him. Mad Spiral Seth performs a Mad Cradle which moves upwards at a 45° angle. Spin Pendulum Seth performs a pirouette followed by a launching kick
- Tanden Ignition: Seth levitates in the air and activates the Tanden Engine and gains access to new special moves. Titanomachy After performing Hecatoncheires, Seth teleports behind the opponent and strikes them in the abdomen. Mad Spin After performing Mad Cradle, Seth teleports and descends with a multi-hitting drilling kick. Cyclone Disaster After performing Cruel Disaster, Seth teleports behind the opponent and strikes them with three crescent kicks. Hell's Gate After perfoming Annihilate Sword, Seth teleports behind the opponent and attacks with a rising punch
- Tanden Maneuver: Seth creates a ball of black and white energy projecting from his index finger. Seth can control the energy sphere toward the desidred direction. Seth can also perform Tanden Explode, spreading his arms out wide to make the orb detonate
