Summary
Scourge was an Autobot protoform, part of a group of six Autobots sent to earth to reactivate Fortress Maximus. However, he would be stolen by Megatron and be used to bolster his forces, he corrupted the protoform by infusing it with his own evil spark. Due to Optimus Prime also being scanned when Megatron was searching for a suitable alternate mode for Scourge, Scourge would receive several attributes from Optimus himself.
Scourge would then go on to become leader of the Decepticons under Megatron's command. He would later betray his leader and reactivate Fortress Maximus for his own purposes, before being recaptured by Megatron and reprogrammed to serve his former master.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Large Size (Type 0. 5 meters tall), Transformation (Into an Oil Tanker), Inorganic Physiology (Type 2), Weapon Mastery (Wields a vast variety of weaponry at his disposal such a guns and rockets.[1] Wields a sword in combat[2]), Martial Arts (Can fight on par with Optimus Prime), Immortality (Type 1 and 2), Information Analysis (Should be like other Transformers, who have Information Analysis), Self-Sustenance (Type 1; Should be like other transformers, who can breathe in[3] space with no issue[4] and 3; Transformers are able to operate for long periods of time without needing rest), Energy Manipulation and Fire Manipulation (His sword is able to yield a red flame aura), Explosion Manipulation (With rockets and missiles), Summoning (Can summon his trailer to aid him in combat.[1] Able to activate Fortress Maximus and summon him), Dimensional Storage (Can keep his trailer in sub space storage)
Resistance to Ice Manipulation (Was able to move in the arctic without any signs of fatigue[5]) and Temperature Manipulation (Could withstand fire from Megatron.[6] Should be similar to the likes of Movor, who can survive re-entry, albeit with pain from the heat[4]), Biological Manipulation, Disease Manipulation and Poison Manipulation (By virtue of his Cybertronian Physiology)
Attack Potency: At least Island level (Feared by Sky-Byte. Able to match base Optimus Prime in combat on multiple occasions.[2] Should be comparable to base Optimus, as he was made from Optimus' CNA), higher with Battle Platform (The Battle Platform can further amplify his firepower[1])
Speed: At least Subsonic movement speed with Massively Hypersonic+ reaction, combat and attack speed (Able to consistently keep pace with Optimus Prime)
Lifting Strength: Class M (Able to grapple with base Optimus Prime[2])
Striking Strength: At least Island level
Durability: At least Island level (Can tank the recoil of his own attacks. Can survive attacks from Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus)

- Sword of Fury: A large crimson blade yielded by Scourge. This weapon is Scourge's primary weapon in combat. Sometimes it can also burn with a powerful flame of energy.
- Plasma Gun: Scourge's main form of long range combat. A twin barreled blaster that shoots out plasma blasts.
- Battle Platform: Scourge's Battle Platform is a combat deck made from his trailer. It is a combat deck that consists of multiple missiles and guns that further amplifies Scourge's firepower. Scourge use this combat deck to aid him in combat when fighting multiple enemies or to just help him gain an advantage.
Intelligence: High (Scourge is a skilled fighter and is fairly capable of leading his Decepticons. Is seen as far more capable than SkyByte. Was able to deceive Megatron and created a plan to betray him and activate Fortress Maximus for himself)
Standard Tactics: Scourge often starts out with melee combat, choosing to fight with his Sword of Fury. Alternatively though, he goes for long range if his opponent is too far for him to reach. Scourge will go for his other attacks if he's being pressed or his regular moves don't work.

- Shoulder Rockets: Scourge unleashes a barrage of rockets from his shoulders.

- Summoning: Capable of summoning Fortress Maximus to aid him in battle, due to his Autobot CNA. However, after his treacherous plan failed, he lost control over Fortress Maximus.
