Captain Robert Cross, also known as The Specialist, was a notorious and elite officer of Blackwatch. Resilient, resourceful, and deadly, the Specialist is sent in when things fail to go according to plan—Blackwatch’s insurance.

Attack Potency: Small Building level (Has succumbed to the infection of the virus, with his own training being what has prevented him from losing higher functions like the other victims and has allowed him to seek the Hive Mind, thus should have far greater physical abilities than any ordinary humans due to being infected by the same virus that has turned others into the Infected. Capable of heavily damaging Alex Mercer)
Speed: Subsonic travel speed, with at least Hypersonic reactions and combat speed (Kept up with Prototype 1 early-game Alex Mercer that was on the cusp of becoming Prototype 1 mid-game Alex Mercer, and managed to dodge many of his attacks)
