Reality Warping (sometimes called Reality Alteration) is a term used to describe a character with the ability to manipulate reality itself. They are not bound to the laws of physics, so frictoin, gravity, and many other rules do not apply. Examples include erasing things out of existence, granting wishes, creating universes, creating/altering matter, time manipulation, spatial manipulation, etc. The most powerful Reality Warpers are seemingly Omnipotent.
