Summary

Ralsei is a main protagonist of Deltarune and the second character to join the party. Ralsei is a gentle prince with no subjects, having been alone until the arrival of Kris and Susie. He tells the two Lightners the legend of the Deltarune, and that he himself plays apart in the legend as the prince of dark that will aid the heroes in saving the planet. Ralsei enjoys pacifism, asking Kris and Susie to solve problems with words rather than violence.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, likely Soul Manipulation (Should be able to harm the SOUL directly with his attacks, as every other Darkner does, however lacks offensive magic), Magic, Healing via Heal Prayer, Dual Heal and various food items, Sleep Manipulation, Cloth Manipulation (Can control his various scarves as if they were prehensile), Weapon Mastery (with his scarves), instant speech, Light Manipulation (Heal Prayer shrouds Ralsei in a yellow aura of light), Social Influencing (Can reason with and calm down enemies using flattery), can hit targets with melee attacks even if they're far away, can gather TP (Tension Points) to fuel his magic by narrowly dodging attacks, Resistance to Soul Manipulation (Can take SOUL attacks as physical ones)

Attack Potency: Wall level+ (Can damage Lancer, who in turn hit Ralsei with his bike, causing an explosion. Is comparable to Jevil, who can create explosions that yield this much energy)

• Optional Equipment: Red Scarf and Ragger. These act as Ralsei's other weapons of choice. The Ragger is stated to slice like a blade. Various food items.

Weaknesses: Was easily tricked by the King into healing him, tends not to fight

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

• Heal Prayer: A healing spell that requires TP to use. Can heal himself or others.

• Dual Heal: An upgraded Heal Prayer, only accessed after Kris shines their SOUL's light on Ralsei. Requires TP, and heals all of Ralsei's allies.

• Hypnosis: Ralsei chants something, making the enemy feel tired.

• Pacify: A method used by Ralsei to peacefully end battles against tired enemies by putting them to sleep.

• Sing: Ralsei sings a lullaby, putting his target to sleep.
