Rachins

Summary

Rachins, also known as Chin, is one of the three thugs that make up TonChinKan that attacked Subaru in the alleys of Lugunica's Royal Capital on his first day in the new world. He is the son of a nobleman named Rickart Hoffman, but he chose to leave nobility for the slums for unknown reasons. He later joins the Felt Camp after being employed by her. He has spent around a year training under Reinhard van Astrea, and has gotten stronger thanks to the Sword Saint's Blessing of Training Mastery.
