Summary
Prometheus is a twisted mirror version of Batman. His parents were hippies inspired by the Bonnie and Clyde movie to become criminals. Eventually, they got cornered by the police and gunned down in front of their son. On that night, he swore he would take his revenge on the system and kill as many forces of justice as he could. He traveled around the world, training and studying, preparing himself to the day he would emerge as Prometheus. On his adult years, he met a group of tibetan monks who worshipped evil. After gaining their trust, they gave him a Cosmic Key, a gateway to the dimension formally known as the Phantom Zone. There, he built his base and crafted the tools he needed to fight the Justice League.

- Computerized Helmet: It is connected to his brain and central nervous system. It allows him to download information databases directly into his brain while enhancing his memory capability. During a fight, the helmet will analyze the opponent. If they are in the database, it will recognize their attack patterns and weaknesses, giving Prometheus the countermeasures for the attack. Its lights can be struck at different rates, which will either hypnotize opponents or disorient them, and the neural chaff can affect directly other people's brain, disrupting their thought proccess and making them relive memories.
- Body Armor: It grants him self-propelled flight and enhanced physical prowess. The inside of the suit has nanobytes as defense against sizeshifters like The Atom. It also constantly feeds Prometheus with endorphins.

Intelligence: Prometheus is a technical genius, and an expert in biology, architecture, mathematics, literature, history, physics and religion. A prep master, has fought, maimed and killed several superheroes throughout the years. Encountered the Justice League three times and single-handedly incapacitated most of their members. He created his own equipment, including a helmet that turned his brain into a supercomputer. Combined the technology of the Cosmic Treadmill, Zeta Beams and a Time Pool to teleport several cities out of time and space, and made it resistant to magic.
Weaknesses: Prometheus suffers from short-term memory and needs to use his helmet in order to mitigate it. The helmet can be hacked by people knowledgeable of its inner workings
