Summary
Poipole is one of the many Ultra Beasts. It was seen as owned by the Ultra Recon Squad. It is apparently seen as a starter, much like Bulbasaur or Charmander in their world. Despite this, the Pokémon is capable of holding off Pokémon who are easily far stronger than said starters.
Naganadel is Poipole's evolution, once the latter learns Dragon Pulse and levels up. This Pokémon gets a definitively more draconic look, alongside becoming as powerful as many fully evolved Pokémon from our world.
