Has no problems one-shotting heavily-armored vehicles, highly-advanced tanks and multiple massive cargo planes and whatnot and reduce them to char, and fragmenting such planes would require this much energy at the minimum)
Speed: Relativistic (12.8% the speed of light)
Range: At least hundreds of kilometers
Weaknesses: Cannot kill the targeted player underground and below 100 feet underwater. Every shot costs money from the player's bank account to fire ($500,000 for manual targeting and firing and $750,000 for automatic targeting and firing). Has a cooldown of one in-game day (48 real minutes).
