Nayru's Statue (Render)
Nayru... She poured her intelligence into the earth and gave laws to the world.
~ The Great Deku Tree telling the creation story of Hyrule

Summary

Nayru is a minor but important recurring figure in The Legend of Zelda series.

When nothing yet existed, Nayru and her sisters descended upon chaos and created the universe, with Nayru herself being responsible for creating the laws of the world as well as creating magic and science. Once the three goddesses had created everything they departed back to the heavens, but before leaving they created a physical symbol of their power, The Triforce, and left it in the care of the goddess Hylia. In the millennia since their departure they've rarely intervened with the world they had created but when times got dire they would aid the citizens of Hyrule. Din is associated with the Triforce of Wisdom, which is most often in the hands of the hylian princess Zelda.

Classification: Goddess of Wisdom

Powers and Abilities:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Immortality (Type 1; Existed and created the world at the beginning of time and has lived in the at least tens of thousands of years that have passed since[2]), Self-Sustenance (Type 1; Was perfectly fine in the chaos that predated creation[3]), Magic, Reality Warping (She and her sisters formed the world from chaos[3], descending upon it and creating the state of heaven and earth[1] as well as millions of alternate realities[2]), Time Manipulation & Time Stop (Several of the worlds they created have different flows of time, such as the realm of the Ocean King in which Link and Tetra experienced a long adventure despite only 10 minutes having passed in the Great Sea[4], when they flooded Hyrule they also froze it and Ganons army in time until Link pulled out the Master Sword[5]), Creation & Power Bestowal (She and her sisters created the Triforce[3], which can grant various powers to those who wield it or it's pieces, her flames blessed and empowered the Goddess Sword[6]), Flight (Capable of flying[3]), Telekinesis (Her and her sisters pearls forced the Tower of the Gods to rise up from the ocean[7]), Clairvoyance (Can witness events in Hyrule while not being physically present[8]), Power Nullification (Her and her sisters pearls dispelled Ganon's curse on the Great Sea[7]), Damage Reduction & Crystal Manipulation (Her spell allows Link to form a magical crystal around himself[9] that blocks all damage from attacks[10] but doesn't prevent him from being physically hit and knocked around), Fire Manipulation (Created flames that empowered the Goddess Sword[6]), Weather Manipulation (She and her sisters created such intense rainfall that they flooded the world[11]), Aura (envelops her body in an aura while flying[3]), Dimensional Travel & BFR (She and her sisters departed from the universe after they had finished creating it[1], banished the interlopers to the Twilight Realm[12]), Can prevent other deities from using the Triforce[13], Portal Creation (Created a portal to allow Link to enter the sunken kingdom of Hyrule[7]), Technology Manipulation (Created and empowered Gohdan, a robot guardian[14]), Matter Manipulation (Her flames changed the physical properties of the Goddess Sword to turn it into the Goddess White Sword[6]), Light Manipulation (She and her sisters created a flash of light when they departed for the heavens[3]), possibly Law Manipulation (Created the laws of the world, although it's not clear if they were laws of reality or simply rules for others to follow since her sister Farore created life that was to follow said laws[3]), Mathematics Manipulation (Created science itself[1]), Holy Manipulation (The Goddesses flames empowered the Master Sword with sacred energy that repels demons[6], it's the power of her and her sisters that keeps the Master Sword infused with it's evil repelling powers[11], said powers being capable of killing Ganondorf[15]), and possibly Fate Manipulation (Zelda believed the goddesses left the Mirror of Twilight because they had preordained for Link, Zelda, and Midna to meet, but it's unknown if her belief is true[16], the sages also claim that those bearing the goddesses crest, such as Link, are guided by fate[17]). She and her sisters left behind and possibly created the Mirror of Twilight[12] and are potentially responsible for it's affects which includes Disease Manipulation (Just a shard of the mirror can make people sick[18]), Madness Manipulation & Biological Manipulation (Just a shard of the mirror can change a persons appearance and drive them into a mad frenzy[18]), and Empathic Manipulation (Just a shard of the mirror can make creatures more violent[19])

Should arguably possess the abilities of the her respective Triforce piece and the abilities of the the True Force, which is often described as being[17] or containing[20] the power of the goddesses as well as being the symbol of their personal power[1], which would potentially grant her Statistics Reduction (The Triforce of Wisdom was able to weaken Ganon[21]), Energy Manipulation & Intangibility (After gaining the Triforce of Wisdom Yuga gained the ability to coat his body in energy that made Links attacks phase through him[22]), Light Manipulation (Produced light to dispel the darkness that Ganon covered his chamber in[23]), Soul Manipulation (Zelda with the Triforce of Wisdom saved Midna[24] by transferring her spirit into Midna's body[25]), Shapeshifting & Cloth Manipulation (Sheik used the Triforce of Wisdom to change back to their true form as Princess Zelda[26]). Resistance to Soul Manipulation (Triforce pieces protect their user from Zants twilight veil[27], which turns all caught within it to become spirits[28]), Unholy Manipulation & Corruption (Triforce pieces prevent their user from being corrupted and turned into a demon[27])

Should arguably possess the abilities of the her respective Triforce piece and the abilities of the the True Force, which is often described as being[17] or containing[29] the power of the goddesses as well as being the symbol of their personal power[1], which would potentially grant her Reality Warping (Can grant the wishes of anyone who touches it[30], warped the Sacred Realm into the Dark World when Ganondorf first touched it[31], Yuga would have warped and remade Lorule in his image if he obtained the complete Triforce[22], and the Triforce is the foundation of the world[22], with it's absence causing the world to gradually crumble[32]), Resurrection & Biological Manipulation (Resurrected the king and restored his flesh[30] after Agahnim had killed him and reduced him to a skeleton[33]), Healing (Restored the bug catching kid back to full health[30] after he had caught a cold and came down sick earlier in the game[34]), Creation (Created a new Triforce for Lorule[35]), Telekinesis (Lifted Link into the air[36], plunged the statue of Hylia to the surface and used it to crush and kill Demise[37]), Water Manipulation (Flooded and submerged what little remained of Hyrule[38]), Power Nullification (Broke the sleeping curse that was placed on Zelda[39], the Bow of Light, which is imbued with the light of the Triforce, can nullify Yugas ability to turn into a painting and force him back to his normal form[22]), Paralysis Inducement (The Bow of Light leaves Yuga paralyzed in it's light after it hits him[22]), Transmutation (The Triforces magic permeating the Dark World can turn people into a reflection of their heart and mind[40], the magic is so potent that it can even transform creatures like Poes[41], which are immune to the Magic Powder[40]), Shapeshifting (Can turn into seagulls[42]), Telepathy (Beckoned Link to come to their chamber[43], and telepathically spoke to him while he was being transported[36]), Teleportation (Can teleport Link to different lands[36]), and Light Manipulation (Can generate large amounts of light[37])

Attack Potency: Multiverse level (When all that existed was chaos, she and her sisters formed the state of heaven and earth[1], creating the planet Hyrule exists on as well as all other celestial bodies including stars[3], while creating the world they accidentally created cracks in the folds of space which caused them to also create millions of other realities such as Termina[2])

Speed: At least FTL, likely higher (Should be at least as fast as Ganon when he was empowered by the complete Triforce)

Lifting Strength: At least Class Z, likely higher (Should be at least as strong as Ganondorf when he's empowered by the Triforce of Power and the complete Triforce)

Striking Strength: Multiverse level

Durability: Multiverse level

Stamina:

Range: Multiversal (Created millions of worlds at once[2])

Intelligence: Unknown. Likely superior to the Triforce which is described as being omniscient[44], but in practice the extent of it's supposed omniscience is never truly explored or elaborated upon.

Weaknesses: None notable
