Summary
Nanatsu no Taizai (七つの大罪, lit. "The Seven Deadly Sins") is a manga series written and illustrated by Nakaba Suzuki (creator of Kongou Banchou). It was serialised in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine. The manga features a setting similar to the Middle Ages in Britain. The main characters represent the seven deadly sins (Wrath, Envy, Greed, Sloth, Lust, Gluttony, and Pride).
The titular "Seven Deadly Sins" is a group of former knights who supposedly conspired to overthrow the kingdom of Britannia and were said to have been eradicated by the Holy Knights. Yet, some claim that they still live.
Ten years later, the Holy Knights have staged a Coup d'état and assassinated the king, becoming the new, tyrannical rulers of the kingdom. Elizabeth, the king's third daughter, sets out on a journey to find the "Seven Deadly Sins" and enlist their help in taking back the kingdom.
Nanatsu no Taizai is a verse that varies in strength through Tier 8, Tier 7, Tier 6 and Tier 5 Most low tiers such as the Holy Knights and beginning-of-series Sins are Small City level to City level. The mid tiers like Matrona and the weaker Commandments are City level+ to Moon level. The high tiers such as the stronger Commandments and the weaker Archangels are Moon level to Moon level+. The top tiers like the stronger Archangels, Prime Meliodas, Full Power Zeldris, "The One" Escanor, and The Original Demon are Small Planet level. Finally, the god tiers are Planet level and as high as Large Planet level with Arthur Pendragon, The Lady of the Lake and Chaos itself at that level. Characters such as Demon King, Arthur Pendragon, and Chaos being able to reach Multi-Solar System level with creation. The verse in terms of speed ranges from Sub-Relativistic, FTL all the way to FTL+.
