Summary
Muteba Gizenga, known by many epithets, is a world-infamous blind Congolese mercenary. Calm and composed, Muteba is known to take pleasure in the thrill of a "manhunt" and fighting strong opponents, though he's a pragmatist who values his survival above all else. He also believes that people both with and without power should know their place, and possesses both a high sense for fashion and an insatiable sex drive. He was hired by Togo Tomari to represent Iwami Heavy Industries as their affiliated fighter during the Kengan Annihilation Tournament, and was considered for the Kengan VS Purgatory Annihilation Tournament.

Consistently shown to quickly get up no matter how much damage or injuries he sustains, be it having his eyes gouged out by Meguro, his eardrums ruptured by Sekibayashi or his arm broken by Wakatsuki. He was also constantly having orgies between and even right before his matches during the Annihilation Tournament, with seemingly no impact to his stamina. Additionally, just before his match with Wakatsuki, he had his cybernetic eyes surgically implanted while still conscious, and again had seemingly next to no impact on his stamina.

Standard Equipment: Cybernetic eyes (with five forms of vision - vibration, infrared, and three as of yet unknown; potentially thermal, ultraviolet and electromagnetic, given that they were in-universe based off of the Bio-Mask from the Predator franchise), knife and handgun.
Intelligence: Gifted. He is an expert assassin, mercenary and fighter, to the point that he's taken on entire armies and come out unscatched, leading to him being referred to as the deadliest organism in Africa. Highly knowledgeable on Chinese acupuncture and barehanded assassination techniques, in addition to being skilled with knives and handguns. He's also highly adaptive, both in strategy and skill. Quickly learned boxing style footwork to what world champion Gaolang Wongsawat considered a masterful degree. Matched and even outwitted veteran Kengan fighters like Sekibayashi Jun and Wakatsuki Takeshi, and considered Julius Reinhold easy prey, in a strategic sense.
Weaknesses: Prioritizes his own survival over victory, and will thus surrender, play dead or retreat if need be

- Heart Jab: An ancient Chinese assassination technique, in which the user performs a finger jab under the target's ribcage, passing through the skin and muscles, slipping under the bones and directly tapping the bottom of their heart, stopping it with even the lightest touch.
