Summary
Mr. No Hands, classified as Hero 020, is a hero of Big Green who was originally the leader of First Squad, before Lin Chung took his place. Mr. No Hands used to be an average human, before a magical spell of unknown origin was placed on him, forcing him, which would cause his hands to start tickling himself uncontrollably.
Because of this, Mr. No Hands was forced to restrict his arms, so he could now only use his feet and his propeller, yet he doesn’t let this get the best of him, and still proves to be a competent hero when he’s actually out on the field.
