Summary
Minerva is one of the seven Witches of sin, the Witch of Wrath.
400 years ago, the people in the world around Minerva were constantly at war, causing her to cry. After realizing that crying wouldn't solve anything, she decided to train herself in order to gain enough power to be a deterrent to fighting, but even that didn't stop all the fighting.
She eventually came to the understanding while fighting that she'd been crying out of rage and not sorrow, which caused her to start punching people, resulting in their wounds being healed. From that point on, she traversed the world to heal people wherever she found people in need, causing chaos in the process as her ability causes a massive strain on the world, resulting in catastrophes around the world.
It was a never-ending cycle of healing and destruction. She saved as many people as she killed, which is why she was rated as the most dangerous witch by the nations of the world.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Authority of Wrath: Minerva can heal herself or others by taking any physical action against them.
- This functions by twisting cause & effect to transform her might into healing.
- It requires a massive volume of mana, which is drained from the Od Laguna, the soul of the world itself.
- The aforementioned mana imbalance causes natural disasters on the other side of the world from Minerva, killing as many people as she saves.
