That's part of where soul manipulation comes from.
"He had fought against Sawada Tsunayoshi, and used the so-called "forbidden bullet", the possession bullet. It was a terrifying weapon that allowed the user to transfer his consciousness into another person's body, thereby possessing it. But, this time, he had a different tactic. It was not a physical effect; he intended to use his own spiritual power to completely assimilate the host. Perhaps it was more accurate to say that he would join his spiritual wave to the other's. Physical restraints did not matter in the spiritual world. So, even while he was completely immobilized, and locked deep in the prison, he could still assimilate the boy in the distant, unreachable Japan."
Dude, I am so happy someone put together some pages for Majin Tantei. I've been wanting to do some myself, but I'm terrible with calculations. If you look on my profile, I have a respect feat for Neuro for varying categories and I can get you scans of every supporting page for calcs.
Remember when Yako was kidnapped by Sai in that mountain village? Neuro oneshot an Electronic Drug victim who basically bearhugged a tree in half. I wrote up a lengthy thing for the Calculation Request Thread and provided as much context as I possibly could to help figure it out and provided the scans. I doubt anyone on there will get to it since the verse is so unknown, so here it is:
Priority: 1 (Establishes AP for the bottom tiers and every single entity in mid to high tier can oneshot them)
Description: A human influenced by the Electronic Drug (bottom tier baddies) casually bear hugs a very thick tree and breaks it in half. As protag Neuro casually oneshot him later on with a bamboo stalk, this can set the bare minimum for the verse.
The first photo is for height and pixel measurement. While Neuro's height varies according to his demonic power, he is weakened in this shot, so he should be 188cm (6' 2").
The second photo shows the thickness of the tree and how far in the baddy crushed the tree (he didn't cut it perfectly in half). The location of the village is never explicitely given, we just know it's a mountain hotspring about four hours from Tokyo by car. Based on my research, the location is most likely based on the Kusatsu Onsen in Gunma. The type of tree that can fit the bill for that geographical region is either a Sawtooth Oak or Conara Oak. While those two woods aren't common enough to have an officially listed Janka Hardness Rating online, the range of hardness for oak as a species seems to be a Janka of 4.715 kN to 6.494 kN, so those two must be somewhere in that range (a reminder that the Janka rating is the force needed to destroy 751.5 cubic millimeters of wood).
The final photo is a seondary angle where you can better see where the tree snapped off from the weight of the upper part of the tree. Once again, the villain didn't completely cut it in half, but the second photo had much of it hidden behind his body, so it's difficult to tell how far in he crushed it.
This will set up how strong the bottom-tier jobbers are as Neuro casually dealt with a mob of them while injured and wiped out 20,000 of them in five minutes after getting a large dose of demonic power.
How about when Sai survived falling several stories and having a crane land on top of him? While he did suffer a lot of injuries from it, Neuro's superiority to him should prove that he can take that punishment and be fine
X can survive that because of his regen IIRC. His was crushed on both outer and inner organs, can't move and need a lot of time to regen. Not sure that Neuro can survive. If it when Neuro just eat HAL, puzzle, then he should. But on that time, Neuro is necessary to block even ordinary firearms. So not sure that he still fine after got hit with that.
This first one is a possible scale for height. You see Neuro, the street below, and some of the basics for the crane. It's a bit sketchy, but it's a start for the height of the building. They're supposed to be in Tokyo.
Second shot shows the full height of the crane and its arm compared to the building. Knowing the dimensions should help better guess the type of crane and how heavy it is. The platform and most of the metal support fell as well, so the height should include that.
Third scan shows the building that the crane will fall through and proves that Sai was falling faster and it landed on top of him
Fourth scan shows some of the exterior damage to the building (may help find how much damage it did) and shows that despite the injuries, Sai is fully conscious after some time to heal. We don't know the time frame, but it's something.
Fifth one shows the exact height difference between the two buildings. While Sai fell from a higher distance due to being on the crane arm when it tipped over, the crane basically tilts and falls, so the height shouldn't be much larger than the difference from roof to roof.
I roughy scale the pic, The crane for aboutt 70m height before hit on rooftop, with potential energy if we need the result to close this one the crane need to weight about 17 mollion kg. No way that crane will have that much of weight. So this shouldn't bbe get higher result.
Remember the one New Bloodline that was way into his personal beauty, especially his face? Well, at the end of his fight, he attempted to kamikaze himself with explosives in his body, but Neuro was able to seal his head and shoulders away in metal before the explosion hit it. I'll look for the scans that show the size of the explosion and how much of his body was damaged, maybe that'll up his speed on his more powerful weakened end, since after he consumed a battery and was also able to catch mini-missiles in his fingers
Scale speed from explosion? well... not sure about I can do that TBH. I can calculate some of projectile dodging feat. But scale speed from explsion, not sure. Istill has no idea how can I gettimeframe for that.
Sorry for the quiet period, had lots of work over my college Thanksgiving break. Anyway, the explosion thing is fine, I can see if anyone else can figure that out, there's no need to rush.
Anyway, I found some other stuff from the series that may help. I sent to the calc request thread a while back the feat of Vijaya hurling that tree like a spear at the car everyone was in. I have stuff for that if you're interested.
As for the explosion, I remembered it was Tierra who caused that by selfdestructing. Earlier in that fight, Tierra shot missiles from his body and Neuro caught four of them easily and batted away the rest with no damage to himself. If those missiles are fast enough, it could give a high-end for his weakened reaction speed since Neuro had just used a battery.
The explosion could also help a profile of Sasazuka since he was standing next to Neuro when it happened and he managed to jump a short distance. Again, I'll see if there's anyone here who knows how to do that math.
The car in the image is a standard police car, as the character driving is the head detective. Based on my research, the car is most likely modeled after a Mazda RX-8, one of the standards for the Japanese police at the time of the chapter's release. For a second scaling method, Vijaya (top left, right next to "Death") is shown at almost full length in a throwing position. The mangaka listed his height as 167 cm (5' 5.75") at the end of the chapter.
Dude, one of the calc groups got back to me and he showed me how we can calculate the speed of the explosion based on the fireball. It's all on this page here
It's a step by step process on how it's done and Step 1 has a method that can be used for this (Method 3). Basically, assume the explosive is TNT and get the weight from the fireball radius. I'm so glad we got this because now we can:
1. Give Sasasuka a reaction speed since he reacted to the explosion and jumped a small distance.
2. Possibly give Neuro an upper limit for his reaction time since he sealed up Tierra's head and neck in metal before the explosion hit that part of his body
Here's the scans, one for the explosion size, one for the starting point of the explosion (seems around his stomach/bottom ribs), and one to fully get the end point of the explosion at the base of Tierra's neck:
For scaling purposes, Tierra is 186cm tall and Sasazuka is 181 cm tall (he's jumping in a straight line fully extended as opposed to Neuro curling up to defend himself)
Hello I need to ask you about something in chapter 12 it was stated that Reborn is a genuis and he solved many questions and problems which were impossible to solve in maths and physics also Fong stated that he is a genuis without peer in battles chapter 402... so my question is why was his statement about Enma’s black holes considered as a "Hyberbole " we all know that he isnt that type of person , and it was shown that he is very smart in physics , maths and in fighting ?
First : maybe Enma's Black holes are only at short range due to thier small size but with the same suction of the star .
2 / the same as 1 .. short range or on specific range which only effect on Tsuna .
3 / I didnt understand do you mean because he destroyed it with XX Burner so its not a real black hole ? Tsuna got a great boost before this when Enma stomped him alongside his guardians and Enma wasn't even near to his full power they were no match for him too then Tsuna could keep up with Enma after maybe the 4th day .. and without even the cambio forma .. after that Reborn who was shown to be one of the greatest scientists in maths ( im not going to say he is the greatest because Verde ) and genuis in fighting said that its has the same gravity of the star and gravity is related with the mass we all know this and the black hole doesnt make such a destructive power to the place maybe because like I said before ( short range or specific range ) but when you enter it you will get caught in its suction so this means that Tsuna attacks can deal damage to small stars level characters ( low 4C ) but its range isn't enough to destroy a real star .. so what do you say about this ?
