Since a lot of people seem to disagree witht he current placement, I've added another solution: Scaling of off the countries' governments' plausable feats. In our world, a country's power isn't scaled by its size, but by its army's potency, quality and quanity. Let's take my country Bulgaria for example: Since its mostly reliant on manpower and some good several hundred war-vehicles, the combined output of its army's power, should be just about enough to only annihilate a city, possibly a large one. Just them having type 8 immortality is enough, I believe. We can add "possibly Low 6-B/6-B/High 6-B" to their durability only since they are explicitly connected to the landmass.
As for world superpowers such as the most prominent example-the USA, well, its as Ant said:"Its potency is 6-C at best"s.
And Ancient Rome should not be much higher than "High 7-C".
The nations used to be tiered by their nuclear arsenal. But since Swizerlands feat from the movie, we had them scale to Low 6-B
Also, It is nearly impossible to tier their nations military power of their armies. I tried this as well when making the profiles at the very begining. It simply isn't possible (and I don't think AP would even be rated like that)
Take a look at this calc. This calc was done to give them their Low 6-B rating.
Are the nuclear fire power tiers based on real life number of nukes?
If that is the case, since the current total nuclear weapon yield globally is somewhere below 6400 Megatons of TNT
since the US and Russia have somewhat less than half of that amount, their peak AP should be "Small Island+"
on the other hand, Britain and france only have a few hundred nukes (215 for britain, 300 for france), and even if we apply the global averagee to them, their nuclear AP would only be Mountain level at best
so i think the american and russian AP should be changed to "Small Island+"- tier High 7-A
and the Britain and France AP should be changed to "Mountain level" - tier 7-A
From what i see America and Russia are fine as they are (Going by the average nuke output and the number of nukes at their disposal puts them at 14.6 and 16 gigatons respectively), but yes France and Britain would be 600 and 450 megatons respectively, which is 7-A.

the nuclear yield of all nukes was 6400 MT back when there were 23335 nukes
now there are even fewer, and even if we used the 6400 MT total amount, then the US and russia would at best be Small Island+
and france at 300 nukes would have an average approximate yield of (300/ 23335)*6400 MT = a little over 82 megatons
thats city level+ actually
so france shud be 7-B (city level+) and uk should be 7-B (city level) - based on average values
I and other users have already decided on the nuclear strength for the country profiles.
America and Russia are fine at 6-C
Britain and France, due to having a much lesser number of nukes, are rated to where they should be.
China will probably be the same as Britain and France. (France has more nukes than China, by about 50, however I need to research how powerful Chinese are, as they could be stronger due to shared relationship with USSR)
Hetalia Characters themsleves though have the power to destroy other character countries. Their military is simply an aid. I have discussed this with many moderators and fellow users already. In the manga/anime. A country called the HRE (Holy Roman Empire) was killed by another country character. It was hinted that France did this. In Hetalia, it's mainly the country characters themsleves who do most of the fighting.
Tier 6-B = Characters who can destroy a country, or those who can easily harm characters with country level durability.
The Holy Roman Empire in Hetalia was defeated by France, HRE was a country in real life and in Hetalia.
Also, please do not make incomplete profiles. If you cannot complete it in one go, or at least presentable enough to look like so, do not create it yet. Rather, write it down on a notepad or something.
Also, be reminded to always add reasoning for any stat rating a character may have.
Attack Potency: At least Large Building level (Destroyed a train packed with explosives and nearly destroyed the S.H.I.E.L.D Heli-carrier with a few punches)
Yes. I am speaking with her now. I have copy all the other half of the work and details I had done on notepad so I do have justification for most things I was discussing this eariler with admins and othe users before I started making this character profile.

Anyways, I can unlock the page so you can finish it.
Thank you. However, this is the first time that I have made a page. So if someone would like to make an edit to the page, I wouldn't mind. But I will try my best to get everything for the Universe Page done.
