  • I never said it didn't work that way. I've been saying over and over again we can't use Boost to get Ise to ridiculous tiers via multipliers because otherwise he'll be 4-B, not that the Boost isn't exponential.

    • More like when he actually appears, given he hasn't even been onscreen so far.

  • I do not appreciate that you threaten to restart that awful argument again, right when we had reached a compromise solution.

We have already argued during several months for around 1700 posts. I definitely don't want us to go through that ordeal again, and increasingly start to get annoyed with and snipe at each other because of it. Let's permanently let this topic go please. It is bad for our community to continue to argue in this manner.

  • I saw you're questioj on the board, while I am not a Hindu or Buddhist myself I have done studies into it. Bhraman is basically a transcendent whole that all things are a part of, all concepts, all Realms, Everything, is but a drop in the vast ocean of Bhraman, with Reality and Seperation (Duality and Individuality, is and is not are one withen Bhraman) being an Illusion (Maya). It is an ultimate reality underlaying all phenomena, not wholly dissimilar from Atzmus or Ain Sof.

"Brahman is the ultimate "eternally, constant" reality, while the observed universe is a different kind of reality but one which is "temporary, changing" Maya in various orthodox Hindu schools. Maya pre-exists and co-exists with Brahman—the Ultimate Reality, The Highest Universal, the Cosmic Principles."

Maya (Reality) is born, changes, evolves, dies with time, from circumstances, due to invisible principles of nature. Atman-Brahman is eternal, unchanging, invisible principle, unaffected absolute and resplendent consciousness. Maya concept, states Archibald Gough, is "the indifferent aggregate of all the possibilities of emanatory or derived existences, pre-existing with Brahman", just like the possibility of a future tree pre-exists in the seed of the tree

You can see why it is 1-A at least. For it is beyond all Concepts, all of Space and Time, and even Duality and seperation itself. A fundemental reality underlying all things. A transcendental oneness.

    • from what i undestand the problem is that Brahma is more a general idea than an hard confined one like Platonic Concepts, which are the opinion of a single guy instead of that of countless people

also since it's religion it's bound to be controversial

sooooooo, they very much aren't usable for tiering

    • Yes, Brahman is also far more complex than Platonic Concepts. It is also less concrete and set in stone. Platonic Concepts have a set and undeniable definition.

Also yes, it is Religious so there is bound to be controversy. Religons are not allowed here, though if it appears in a work it can be tiered, but only by in-verse feats rather than their real-world counterpart.

Such as YHVH from SMT, we allow him to be on the wiki but not the actual Judeao-Christian YHVH, as that would incite anger and debates, along with having vs matches bewteen religions which people would see as proof of one being true or superior to the other. Basically it would just be a mess.

  • Hello.

I should have mentioned this earlier, but was busy and forgot.

Anyway, you need to fix the striking strength statistics for the Terraria pages:

  • Sorry for not commenting on the upgrade thread for a while. Work today was much busier due to the virus. One thing I wanted to talk about off the upgrade thread was a minor upgrade for the beginning game Terrarian if we really don’t scale him to the king slime and a regen upgrade. I’ve found two feats that would make the Terrarian 9-A. When it comes to his regeneration apparently the definition of mid regeneration changed over the years and now includes brain damage, which the Terrarian should qualify for because brain sucker directly attacks their brain (on an unrelated note I need to upgrade blood borne for a similar reason).

    • good

btw, the meteor thing you should put it in a Content Revision Thread

        Loading editor
    • I wanted to get the other two things evaluated first so it would give the original meteor calc backing.

  • Hey I just was messing around with the explosives. You can blow up Titanium bars but you can’t blow up titanium ore. So if we do use your recalc of the explosives would it be a gameplay that it can’t destroy the ore or an outlier /gameplay mechanics for destroying the ingot?

      Loading editor
    • The ore can't be blowed up because they are part of the game progression, with the devs wanting you to go though each step of the way from Molten up to Titanium

This is shown by the fact Luminite, which is stronger than Titanium, can be blowed up by explosives because it's not part of the progression

So i think it being a game mechanic is reasonable to say
