The building seems to be cylindrical, so:

• • That glass pyramid you calc'd? It's a real thing. I think you could recalc some the feats involving it using real-world values.

It's made of aluminum, regular steel and glass, so you could use those for tensile strength. The amount of metal it contains is 95 tons of steel and 105 tons of aluminum. The width is 34 meters wide, and the height is 21.6 meters.
