Also looking at this list, do you wish there were any other franchises they included?
"Create your own avatar and jump into an original Story Mode to fight alongside the most powerful Manga heroes from DRAGON BALL Z, ONE PIECE, NARUTO, BLEACH, HUNTER X HUNTER, YU-GI-OH!, YU YU HAKUSHO, SAINT SEIYA and many others."
Hop does not know this user but the name seems familiar, maybe back in 2016 or so. Could be a sock of somene we banned but Hop doesn't recall. Hop will see if they're making any violations.
While they are certainly original characters, the main reasoning behind we don't allow them on the wiki is this:
Most of these simply do not have a significant following to substantiate a proper character page to our standards
Given they do have enough VS worthy info, they may not be a fighting type character, we simply don't choose to index everything from every corner of fiction, just what is worthwhile, hence not every slice of life anime is on here, too many useless Tier 10-B's
Okay, let's say they're part of an original series and have backgrounds and personalities and such, on top of being a VS thread worthy character, and this series or character is popular. It may not have feats or showings or an official licensing we can use as credible or as a resource we can trust
One IP (intellectual property) that is a good example is Teenage Fighting Food Dudes. Okay, real company, real & legal characters, they also have merch, and are actually licensed and have feats. Great. There's still good reason to exclude them from being indexed and they should go onto, say FC/OC wiki. Following is about 100,000 people at best and in one region of the world.
An even more popular example of what you're showing us here is Super Mario Bros Z. Older thing yeah. But it isn't even it's own IP, it's a fan IP off an existing set of copyrighted works. Even though it was built from the ground up in detail by one person. Merch excluded. And this list of things you present it basically the same thing with extra steps.
The characters you've shown are better off on FC/OC wiki and should not be on here, especially if (even a well known person or artist makes them) they are trying to be "related" to something real, like Doki Doki Literature Club.
Regardless they do not have any qualities worthy of being on somewhere like here. They best be on FC/OC VS Battles or to be expanded upon with the Virtual YouTuber wiki.
Ah, it is not moot. Sure, a creator made something unique, but in some way shape or form use another IP. Whether this entity (the YT personality) is part of this verse, or just pulls an (insert anime name here) Abridged on it for a gag, doesn't mean it can start having starts and being scaled to those things.
Saying "I am gonna delete Monika" is not a feat, and even if they do, it means nothing. That's the same as a YouTuber, a no name streamer on some site, or yourself doing the same thing.
Simply put, they do not meet the criteria to have a solid place on this wiki besides the Fun & Games Board.
Really, it's not that hard to understand. This wiki wasn't made for them. If they evolve into something else, like a complex ARG with lore and an established but independent (distinct and does not rely on any other IP) following and such, then yes, we could add them if everything required for a page was available. We're not making
Feats: None (except this one kawai-desu reference to X anime!~)
Again, popularity alone does not make it fit for here. End of discussion. If you want to have support for this please come back with something far more substantial. We don't mean to be hostile or strict, but that is how this kind of thing ends up, just trying to keep you out of trouble.
I saw the response you had made to my message on your wall, and I have to say that I was deeply hurt by the rather harsh words you had used in your response.
At first I had purely negative feelings, I felt a desire to take vengeance on the wiki, until I realized that would have actually be counter-productive. I would have been just as bad as you.
All this, from the message that ultimately culminated in "F*** off."
Needless to say, that message could have definitely been written a lot more professionally, especially by someone in a position of power. We all have a responsibility to help make this world a better place, including on the Internet. I'm sure it's very easy to respond recklessly during a period of anger, and we're not always aware of what impact the way we treat people on the Internet can have.
I forgive you. I know that at heart, beyond that username, beyond that profile picture, beyond that computer screen is a fun-loving man with a huge heart that is very passionate about this wiki and the work you put into it. I hope one day we may both see our flaws and make efforts to correct them.
I did professionally explain it, and that little curse I added was just to get my point through, however you seem to lack the ability to be aware of what I was actually telling you in the last thread, and instead let you personal feelings take over what you typed into the screen. Try to pay attention this time, and this is my last warning.
I felt confused at first, because I was simply informed that you were acting out for several minutes. It seemed you were not socially aware, due to you spouting about "being a hawt cougar" or some other inappropriate smut that made the others present obviously not feel comfortable, and Sera Loveheart had warned you at least 3 times from what I saw, and kicked you. I think it is obvious that you do not learn from people telling you what you do wrong.
Then your first response to me was "neither are you" like a little kid playing that "I know you are, but what am I?" game. You act like a child, and I can treat you like one how I see fit, because I was the only one at the time who could. Feel bad about it all you like, I will not take blame for you acting like a little kid.
VS Battles if for indexing various characters and related items in a professional and streamlined manner. Which it was apparent you don't have any interest in. Go RP with someone else, this is not the place for it, and you are not the first person with this attitude I told this to.
Please be aware that you have no place to tell me how to do my job. And my job to ban trolls and other troublemakers. Which is why I banned you. Now scram, you're wasting your own time at this point. I'll leave this thread here to serve as an example for other troublemakers like yourself. Good day.
Also this is just a wiki, not my full time job, so I can ignore professionalism if I'd so choose to, as long as I do my job, I can do what I wish within the rules of my superiors.
I'm not here to make friends, and I'm smarter than you, because I can see past your pitiful and quite shitty plea to authority. Nice try, I don't take compliments for unblocks, m8. The man behind this screen is not a happy one nor an easy one to fight.
