So...did you read it yet? Even if no, I think you should have read the Lost Hero. I reread it, and Jason could "hardly block" Lityerses's attacks, and also says he's fast, so they're probably comparable. That supports some possible upgrades from the Burning Maze.
Do you think scaling Lityerses from Jason, then to Meg would work?
I am still reading BM, at this point nearly half through. Might get to finish it soon if I can get through my Driving Lincense Test in 2 days. Can agree with Lityerses thought already. Lost Hero makes the situation between Jason and Lit quite clear.
You seem to feel a lot like I do about this website. Personally I feel a lot of things are overscaled, especially with powerscaling. Feats are erroneously implied amongst many others just due to "that's how we want the site to work." When that causes problems among the 1000s of character in fiction.
Hm... yeah, some scalings on this site are a bit wonky, I must agree on that. But I think over all the site does a very good job, I mean, just look into the Calc effort.
It only gets dodgy when you get into the "Scaling"-Verses so to say. Dark Souls has a LOT more Lore-Feats than seen ones. But tbh, I think a big reason for that is that, well, a lot of them is up to headcanon. For one, you could make a honest argument about DBS/Z being both Relativistic and MFTL.
Dark Souls is just another one of these verses where it, in the nature of the verse itself, it just becomes excessively problematic to scale it.
When I see that they scale most League characters to Massively Hypersonic and FFVII characters are solar system or universe level I feel they have wanked too hard. As well, I fundamentally disagree with the concept of creation = attack power.
