There were only two others but Rinslet resists literally everything in Weiss' arsenal and in character leads with hax weiss has no way to deal with and Rinslet spams Absolute Zero and the match was even considered a stomp in the thread itself but still added
The Probability Manipulation comes from the Shingan Blade, Yoichi Bow, and Artemis Arrows which grant the user the effect of never missing their target when used, essentially giving accuracy a 100%. I don't remember when/where I'd seen it, but as I wasn't sure back then what to classify that power as, I came across a profile that had a similar power which was listed under Probability Manipulation.
For the speed, characters can dodge arrows shot at point-blank range, moving a few meters aside when doing so. That's taken from character sprite animation. Then you got items that state they double/triple the user's speed. I had discussed the speed of this verse with Ant back when I was creating it, and we had agreed to this rating
That specific character reappears in a later arc, much stronger than before. She's scaled to one of the new characters who appeared in that arc, based on their fight with each other, and how they compare to the other new characters. Hence the edit on the 2nd key. Before, it simply had "Far Higher" because it was known she had gotten stronger, but not to what extent, since the official translation hadn't reached Ripple's full reappearance yet. Now that it has, her growth has been pinpointed.
Oh, I didn't even realize it went circular. I apologize, I'm under a lot of stress currently. I added more justifications and will ask help/opinions from A6solute, who knows the series, though the fan-translated version.
In the 3rd arc of the story, we got the first view of characters going way beyond the previously-seen 8-A level of strength, the strongest reaching the power of nukes, being just 2 of them, Pam and Pukin. There are still some 8-C and 8-A characters, but some have enough power to physically casually stomp the 8-A ones, while being physically stomped themselves by the 7-B ones.
It's known that Archfiend Pam's clones are many, many times weaker than herself, to which Tepsekemei and Captain Grace scales, to whom Sonia Bean scales. Grace is stomped by Hana, to whom Ripple and Kuru-Kuru's ribbons scale, to the former's Rain Pow scales. Pythie brushes anything the 8-As throw at her, and Tot Pop is on par with Pythie. The rest are 8-C and 8-A.
I will admit that, to the phrase "Archfiend Pam is strong enough to brush off nuclear bombs", I based it on the 7-B ones that are on this site, Castle Bravo and Ivy Mike. I dunno if it'd have been better to use the 7-C ones.
The hint we have is that, once Pam is killed, the magical government of the series planned to launch a weapon of mass destruction of Pam's power level in the city the arc takes place in in order to get rid of Pukin and Rain Pow, it being stated it would rid the city off the map. There's no statement to the size of the city, but it's stated to be pretty large, and some of the characters were driving a car on peripheral highways surrounding it for 20 minutes and hadn't reached the other end still.
Hello, I see that you are in charge of Shana's page and I wanted to clear up some misconceptions for your future reference, mostly to do with Divine Vessels.
Firstly, the pendant is just the device through which Alastor talks and expresses his will and not actually him, he is always inside Shana. It doesn't matter if the pendant is broken, it can be repaired. Similarly, if it is separated from Shana, if either of them wills it, it will return to her. We see this two times:
against Aizen Siblings. The pendant returns to her after it was cut off.
when Alastor was with Yuji and Snake of his own free will. Alastor chooses to return to Shana and goes to Shana, who had already followed them into the Rift Between Both Worlds. Shana lost her powers while at Seireiden due to Tartaros, not because Alastor wasn't with her.
So the pendant itself doesn't affect Shana at all.
Also, the Shana page descriptions refer to some of the other characters "power levels", which are perhaps not quite right. The strongest fighting character seen in the show is Sydonay, and Snake Yuji is not really that strong, as it is mostly Yuji, with only black flames from Snake and the rest are equips from Dantalion. There are threads like this where Japanese novel readers discuss characters' relative strength. I have a video from Niconico (which I think was taken down) which also ranks characters by parameters in pentagon charts.
Anyway, this is what I noticed from looking at the Shana page.
Hello, and thanks for the help. I will take what you said into account.
However, the thing is Shana's page is highly inaccurate, and I haven't had neither the chance nor the motivation to rewatch the anime to gather feats, in order to rework it. I had started rewatching, but then got busy and didn't come back to it.
