On Kabal's Speed, you said his intros and outros where he vanishes from eyesight is subsonic, and that him running so fast he tore open a worm hole isn't a feat of speed and is rather teleportation. Could you please provide clarification for these statements.
There's a lot of external factors to be considered when measuring Kabal's speed such as the viewer's distance, size of the speeding object, etc. Subsonic is just a lowball since that's the speed required to disappear from sight.
You said that Kabal runs so fast that "he tore open a worm hole" is just your headcanon and it would be a massive outlier since majority of Kabal's feats are at the Supersonic range. However we do indeed see Kabal teleporting from one side to another which is why it's teleportation.
... that we can scale some things to elementals (like Phoenix, Leshrac or Bane) regarding their tiers. Playing Underlords we can say that Razor is Primordial, since we can say that his elemental state makes him comparable to Phoenix, Leshrac or Bane, making him High 4-C. Since we can scale him to that level we can say by the Monkey King comics that he can scale Razor, also the Elemental Brothers should be scales as elementals like the ones said above.
The other thing that we can say is the fact that by a calculation made of IO we scale to it to Elder Titan, who created it, or better said is them. The Fundamentals are 4-B, Elder Titan scale to them, Arc Warden was before the events of the War of the Ancients and by that standard Zet is 3-B. Shouldn't Elder Titan scale to Zet when he got in Ancients War? Another thing is to scale him to Weaver, since he made time and space (Low 2-C, don't take it as 1-A), and Faceless Void is Low 2-C because an Artifact description that we can at least say it's canon.
Also, what do you think of Power of Hope Kratos? I feel like since we only got to see like 3 minutes of him with it, it is pretty underrated. To me, Hope is a cosmic force since it exists throughtout all the multiverse and before time, and kratos being a god of war, fuzed himself with a cosmic force. It would be like Thor being the next vessel for the phoenix force IMO.

I've never heard of Hope being a cosmic force, I only know that it's a counter for the evils of Pandora's Box and a strong power source. Where did you know this?
Not mentioned in game scans or anything. Well, athena did say it predates the primordials, but I just think Hope. Without hope, there would be no battles ever, the side who attacks first or has greater numbers would always win because if no one had hope, no one would fight or have passion to do anything in life. Just connecting the dots to actual life.
Also the basic obvious things like allowing a mortal 7-B character to grow so powerful that they are able to beat a 3-A - 2-C character. Don't quote me, but I think as a mortal before he became the full fledged God of War, the power of hope was too much for his mortal body, even though he was a demigod, and it was destroying him.
Samurai Shodown is a pretty old game, and I expect it to have manuals that explain things in the story like KoF and SF. Finding old footage should be easy, but going through all of them is very tedious.
