I just saw the thread about you making changes to his profile. You talked about his force vision being multi-solar system tier but he hasn't shown any physical feats to warrant that same tier. What about him punching through time to get back to the future?
The problem with that is that the feat is unquantifiable. Punching through time sounds impressive but it doesn't really translate out into any AP justification. We don't know how much force you need to punch through the time barrier. All we know if that he did it and it nearly killed him.
MinarutoKSM wrote: Ok, thanks. Even though it is not quantifiable it would seem to be a massive feat otherwise every other Joe will be doing it but they are not. Do you think that is at least around multi-SS level?
Just because a feat seems impressive doesn't mean that it's measurable. We have no baseline or scaling to work with. We don't know how strong you need to be to replicate what Supes did. Any attempts to try and rate it without context would be guess work.
To give another example:
Black Bolt has a feat and AP justification for breaking a forcefield. Why is that impressive? Because Thor was unable to damage said forcefield. That means that Black Bolt's voice is stronger than Thor. If we knew nothing about Thor or he was just some random character, then the feat loses meaning.
The problem at the end of the day is that the feat doesn't have enough information surrounding it to give it a rating.
It deals with scaling The World Tree from Marvel's Thor series. There seems to be a certain amount of concern that if it is not handled correctly, it could cause far reaching consequences for how certain characters are treated.
