Summary
Mary Seward, also known as Mary, Queen of Blood, is the lover and enemy of I, Vampire. While he wished to live peacefully with humanity, she wanted to dominate them. After much fighting, Mary eventually came to agree with Andrew when he sacrificed himself to cure all vampires, and joined the effort to save him, even giving her life in the final battle against Cain to stop him.

After being petrified and shattered by Andrew, she healed in a few seconds[2]), Transformation (Vampires can turn into mist, wolves, bats and werevolves[3]), Flight (By turning into mist, she can easily move across long distances. She can also fly in her vampire form, as shown here[4]), Cloth Manipulation (Can control the clothing she wears with enough precision and strength to block a thrown sword[5]), Power Bestowal & Corruption (Vampires can convert others through a bite,[6] with the newly turned often becoming subservient to their sire[7]), Martial Arts and Weapon Mastery (Has fought evenly with Andrew many times in the past), Weapon Creation (Can summon weapons of various sorts out of nothing[5][1]), Mind Manipulation (Vampires are capable of performing hypnosis[8]), Extrasensory Perception (Has a psychic connection with her progeny.[1] Can also sense who the sire of other vampires is[7]), Social Influencing (Vampires like Mary are incredibly charismatic, to the point of being able to convert foes into allies in minutes and turn experiences that should have been traumatic into treasured ones[1][9]), Sleep Manipulation (Can knock out others with her mist form[10]), Enhanced Senses (Vampires can feel molecular disturbances in the air and pheromones[11]. Can smell magic[12]), Regeneration Negation (Mid, prevented amped vampires from growing back their heads[13]), Stealth Mastery (Vampires are naturally hard to notice, as they do not breathe or have a heartbeat[14]), Self-Sustenance (Type 1, doesn't breathe[14])

Stamina: Superhuman. Thanks to her regenerative abilities Mary can fight after grievous injuries and defeat entire armies of vampires by herself.

Intelligence: Above Average. A vampire with hundreds of years of experience which show in her skill in battle, as well as leading her vampire underlings.
Weaknesses: Vampires are weakened by sunlight and holy water[3], although those have much less effect on her than the normal vampire[10], to the point that even anti-vampire equipment designed by Batman barely affects those at her level[7]. Killing a vampire's sire within the first 72 hours lifts the curse, turning them human again.[7]
