Summary
Malefor the dark master is the main antagonist of The Legend of Spyro trilogy, he was a miraculously fast leveling dragon among his kind who is a rare breed at that being a purple dragon, a race that is offered multiple opportunities to excel in mastering all the elements. Although the dragon elders looked up to Malefor as this amazing learner of theirs, it all fell apart when he got invested in Dark Aether which corrupted him to have twisted views on how the world should be made, where he brought his own species to near extinction because of it. By a saving grace miracle Malefor was taking down in the process where his essence and soul were separated, but eventually his followers brought him back to his primary state leaving Spyro his only other purple breed member to team up with Cynder and defeat him.

Weaknesses: May have some degree of over confidence, this was indicated when he didn't destroy the planet himself in wanting to add despair to everyone in using The Destroyer as a cataclysmic countdown, as he felt sure of himself that the end of the world would of have been inevitable (Which he was almost right about.)
