Summary
Mafurako is one of the characters in Madotsuki's dream. She seems to represent the gifts and kindness that Poniko planned to give to her daughter, but couldn't due to her perceived miscarriage. Unlike the other dream constructs within the dream, she isn't limited to one world but is present across every single world and can freely travel between them.
