“ | None can change their destiny, Kratos. We sisters determine the fate of all. It was I who deemed that the Titans lose the Great War and I who have allowed you to come this far. It is not your destiny to kill Zeus. | „ |
~ Lahkesis to Kratos |
Summary
Lahkesis is one of the three Sisters of Fate alongside Atropos and Clotho, who are responsible for determining the destinies of both gods and mortals alike. The sisters are so powerful that even Zeus fears their power, and his father Cronos gave to them the Steeds of Time, in a failed attempt to bribe the Sisters into changing his destiny.
Powers and Stats
Tier: Low 1-C
Name: Lahkesis
Origin: God of War
Gender: Female
Age: Thousands of Years Old
Classification: Deity, Greek God, Goddess of Fate
Powers and Abilities:
- Superhuman Physical Characteristics
- Immortality (Types 1, 2 and 3)
- Divine Magic (Including the Power of the Fates)
- Greek Godhood (As the Sisters of Fate, they embody destiny itself, in the same way other gods embody their domains. Clotho is explicitly stated to be Life itself, and to defeat her would mean defeating the genesis of all, and freeing mankind from their bondage to destiny[1])
- Regeneration (Mid. Repeatedly shrugged off being stabbed through the head by Kratos and healed immediately. The only way Kratos could kill them was by destroying the Time Mirror that they were held captive in[2])
- Flight
- Attack Reflection (Can reflect back attacks with her staff[2])
- Weapon Control (Can easily control the trajectory of her staff)
- Forcefield Creation (Lakhesis created[2] a barrier to protect the last remaining mirror that kept Atropos trapped to buy them both time from Kratos[3])
- Portal Creation
- Space-Time Manipulation and Void Manipulation (Closing Realm Tears is an act that can be accomplished by sheer strength[4] from the wielder, meaning that this can be accomplished by anyone equal to or stronger than Norse Era Kratos, Sigrun and those comparable to them like Ares)
- Power of the Fates (Gods and magic users resist the innate properties of their magics. The Sisters of Fate easily resist their own magical abilities and weapons being used against them, as seen when Kratos used the Golden Fleece against their magic attacks and their thread-cutting scythes against them)
- Energy Absorption, Power Nullification and Statistics Reduction (Resists Cronos's Rage)
- Electricity Manipulation (The Sisters resist Cronos's Rage and their own Green Lightning being thrown back at them[2])
- Petrification (Unaffected by the head of Euryale)
- Perception Manipulation, Sense Manipulation, and Explosion Manipulation (Can withstand blows from the Spear of Destiny, which can make enemies purple and make them explode,[2] and warp one's senses by looking at it[5] and sever the threads of fate[6])
Attack Potency: Low Complex Multiverse level (Comparable to her sister Atropos, and can fight on par with GoW Kratos)
Speed: Infinite (The Sisters are responsible for forging, spinning, manipulating and micromanaging the threads that stretch to every point in the world[7] and exist for all living and non-living beings, including all forms of geography[8] including rivers[9] and continents[10], in the entirety of creation, which span all of life, time and space,[11] thus spanning to infinity as a result, and the Threads require change and weaving every single moment with extreme precision,[12] and they do this with countless threads[13] numbering in at least the millions.[6] The Sisters also routinely multi-task and simultaneously forge the Threads, being able to fashion an intricate tapestry out of the Threads of Fate and creating brand new possibilities,[14] weaving moment-to-moment outcomes on threads and showing incredible precision when weaving the lives of mortals,[8] and even being able to easily detect vibrations in the threads and then expertly react to the incoming quivers and shakes in a thread in real time and then re-adjusting them meticulously to produce outcomes that align with their own interests.[12] Can create projections that travel at infinite speed from their own power.[12] Also matched Kratos, who can fight on par with the likes of Zeus, Hermes and Hercules))
Lifting Strength: Immeasurable (Able to hold her own against the likes of Kratos, should be comparable in strength to her sister Atropos)
Striking Strength: Likely Low Complex Multiverse level
Durability: Low Complex Multiverse level (Survived being beaten down and stabbed by Kratos numerous times)
Stamina: Very high
Range: Standard melee range, likely higher with energy attacks and manipulation; at least hundreds of meters if she is capable of assuming Giant Size. Low Complex Multiversal with her Threads of Fate (Their Threads of Fate stretch to every point in the world[7] and exist for all living and non-living beings, including all forms of geography[8] including rivers[9] and continents,[10] in the entirety of creation, which span all of life, time and space[11] in the Greek World)
Standard Equipment: A staff that can control time
Intelligence: The Sisters of Fate can see the future and predict what would happen to any living being on Earth, including the animals and the insects. It is her duty to "embellish" the Threads of Fate, which then determines how a person lives their life, including whether or not they live up to be scholars, to die on natural disasters, whether they're bound for a life of servitude under the Gods, and etc.
