Summary
Born into a life of prestige and luxury, Gabriel Maxberry triggered and gained his abilities after nearly killing himself with substance abuse and grueling fitness regimens. With his new power, he took on the supervillain title of King and used his power to amass a group of powerful supervillains under his control, the Slaughterhouse Nine. He was the leader of the Nine for several years until his protege, Jack Slash, killed him and took his place.
