Summary
Waylon Jones was a troubled youth who had little love or companionship growing up. He was born with an extremely exaggerated variation of the real life disease Epidermolytic hyperkeratosis, Granting him reptilian looks and physical traits. Waylon's mother could not handle giving birth to such a bizarre, genetic anomaly and died during birth, leaving him to live with his abusive aunt. With everyone around him either ridiculing or being terrified of his appearance, Waylon could not find much happiness in his life. Eventually he gained what could be considered acceptance when he took up crocodile wrestling. Waylon realized that he had extraordinary strength and could use said power to get practically whatever he wants. So he started pushing others around much like others did to him as a child, and took up a life of crime, going by the nickname "Killer Croc." Overtime Killer Croc had lost any connection with the human race, feeling like his radically different appearance, attributes and how much others ostracized him made him not one of them, causing him to have no qualms with and even enjoy devouring other humans. Killer Croc's antics of crime and chaos has made him a long time enemy of the caped vigilante Batman.
