Summary

Kidou Yuuto, or Jude Sharp, is one of the main characters of Inazuma Eleven, initially the captain of Teikoku Gakuen, he later joins Raimon as their playmaker. He plays in the Midfielder position as the genius playmaker of the team, consistently leading the charge on tactics and commands. Kidou and his sister Haruna had lost their parents when they were young to a plane crash, left only with a soccer magazine as his only connection to them. With his talent for soccer, he was found by Kageyama Reiji who recommended his adoption into fortune by the Kidou Financial Group; made him captain of Teikoku Gakuen and groomed him into his perfect successor.

After Teikoku Gakuen’s loss to Zeus Jr, Kidou later joins Raimon for the sake of vengeance for his teammates, with his strategies assisting them to win. After the FF, Kidou also assists Raimon in the battle against Aliea, and is later chosen as a member of Inazuma Japan, representing Japan in the Football Frontier Internationals.

He later returns in Inazuma Eleven GO, as the coach of Teikoku Gakuen. He leads an undercover resistance to Fifth Sector’s rule of soccer, and later becomes Raimon’s coach-assistant. He takes over as Raimon’s main coach in Chrono Stone when Endou is captured by Protocol Omega.

Weaknesses: None Notable

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Illusion Ball: A dribble hissatsu where Kidou creates two other illusionary mimics of the ball, confusing his opponent as they float around him, before rushing past them. Kidou has evolved this hissatsu to its Remastered and True form.
  • Spinning Cut: An defensive hissatsu that Kidou knows in the game where he creates a curved shockwave with a kick, spreading towards the opponent to block their movement and steal the ball, or to weaken the impact of the ball before it hits the goal.

  • Death Zone: A combination shoot hissatsu with Endou and Domon, originating from Teikoku Gakuen, where the three spin simultaneously in tandem with one another, launching themself in the air. A purple energy triangle forms around the ball, as the three boys individually kick downward towards the goal, sending this ball at an intense power.
    • Death Zone 2: An evolved version of the Death Zone, utilising even more power when Endou, Domon and Kidou instead go at different rotational speeds to one another. This hissatsu was capable of breaking through Nero’s Jikuu no Kabe
  • Koutei Penguin 2gou: A combination shoot hissatsu with Gouenji, Fubuki and/or other Raimon members; One player whistles to summon penguins (usually Kidou) that emerge from the ground beneath them, kicking the ball as the penguins fly and manoeuvre around it. The remaining two players then kick the ball in unison while in the air, aiming the ball and the penguins towards the direction of the goal.
  • Inazuma Break: A combination shoot hissatsu used with Endou and Gouenji, where the ball is launched into the air with lightning-like energy, where all three of them kick it at the same time in the direction of the goal. This is considered as one of Raimons strongest shots, breaking through hissatsu such as Mugen no Kabe.
  • Twin Boost: A combination shoot hissatsu used with either Sakuma Jirou or Ichinose Kazuya, where Kidou kicks upward to his teammate, who strikes it back downard to Kidou. Kidou then shoots the ball with their increased shot power towards the goal.
  • Twin Boost F: A combination shoot hissatsu with Gouenji Shuuya, where Gouenji performs his Fire Tornado technique, shooting it in the direction of Kidou who kicks it again to boost its power. This technique was used to score against Zeus Jr, who had prior been blocking all of Raimon’s shots easily.
  • Killer Fields: A combination dribble hissatsu with Fudou Akio, where the players opposingly kick the ball in opposite sides, creating a purple vortex that forcibly pushes other people away from them and the ball.
  • Koutei Penguin 3gou: The strongest Koutei Penguin hissatsu used with Sakuma Jirou and Fudou Akio, which is three-dimensional, taking into account the horizontal velocity, vertical velocity and height. All three players jump, as Kidou whistles to summon five purple penguins, which circle around them. Once enough energy has gathered onto the ball, all three players shoot with their heel towards the goal. This move was capable of breaking through Demonio’s forbidden Koutei Penguin X, and had evolved to its G2 form during the match with Orpheus.
  • Big Bang: A combination hissatsu shot involving Kidou, Fubuki and Kiyama, to which the three combine their power to give the ball quantum energy, then launch it with a giant orange sphere of energy resembling that of the Big Bang. This move was able to break through Cain's Shin God Hand X and score against Little Gigant and forced Rococo to create a new move, Tamashii the Hand, to block it.
