~ Kaiju No. 11, mocking and flaunting its superiority over Gen Narumi |
Summary
Kaiju No. 11 is one of the many Identified Kaiju created by Kaiju No. 9, making it an extremely powerful Daikaiju, with a Fortitude level of 9.0.
Powers and Stats
Tier: 7-A, higher with Water and Muscle Enhancement
Name: Kaiju No. 11
Origin: Kaiju No. 8
Gender: Unknown
Age: Few Months Old
Classification: Kaiju (Identified Kaiju)
Powers and Abilities:
- Kaiju Physiology (Daikaiju)
- Unarmed Combat Proficiency (Stated to outshined Kaiju No. 10, whose has a combat style similar to humans, in terms of combat ability[1]. Given that No. 11 has Isao Shinomiya's memories, it ought to also have Isao's martial arts expertise[2])
- Bodily Weaponry (Kaiju No. 11 possesses a pointy long tail)
- Enhanced Senses (Because Kaiju No. 11 is based on sharks, it should have highly developed senses for finding food and avoiding danger)
- Body Control and Statistics Amplification (While this kaiju possesses eyes, they usually hide it with its shapeshifting powers[2]. Can enlarge their arms[3] to land more powerful strikes[2])
- Underwater Breathing (Type 2; Can breathe both in water and outside of it[4])
- Large Size (Type 0; 5.36 meters)
- Enhanced Extrasensory Perception (Capable of sensing[5] Kaiju No. 8’s energy, even despite of his stealth[6])
- Hydrokinesis (Could use hydrokinesis to easily control large bodies of water[4] and employ them for a multitude of different purposes. During its fight with Gen Narumi, it utilizes the water from the sewage systems, which can result in many risks and produce hydrogen sulfide)
- Instinctive Action, Forcefield Creation and Homing Attack (Its water attacks are automatic homing attacks and shield[2]. Kaiju No. 11 was confident in its water's ability to thwart the techniques that Gen Narumi would employ[2], one of which would be Number Six: Seven-Branched Sword, which is a technique that involves blade strikes that are known to be invisible[7])
- Danmaku (Able to control a great amount of water projectiles at once[2])
- Paralysis Inducement (Can engulf others with water to restrict movement on the ground or hold them in the air, usually targeting their[3] legs[8] but can do the entire body[2])
- No. 9's access to Director General Isao Shinomiya's memories enables it to specifically design Kaiju Nos. 11 through 15 to exterminate the Defense Force, such as Gen Narumi, Kikoru Shinomiya, Soshiro Hoshina, Rin Shinonome, etc...,[3] thereby gaining knowledge of not only their general but personal combat abilities and how to bypass them and perform them since Isao has served at the heart of Japan's neutralization efforts.[9]
- Are noted to be No. 9's masterpieces[10] in comparison to Kaiju No. 10, who is classified as a prototype,[11] and as such, Nos. 11 through 15 should likely be able to employ similar abilities to No. 10, if not at a higher level.
- Pseudo Foresight and Information Analysis (1 Layer; Its water manipulation cannot be read by pseudo foresight, such as Gen Narumi’s RT-0001. Additionally, Kaiju No. 11 itself and its water barriers has shown able to successfully block attacks from Gen Narumi without suffering any significant damage, despite the captain activating RT-0001 and utilizing its ability to carry out inescapable attacks[2])
- Status Effect Inducement (Despite the concentrated sewage waters, particularly in the city where the ppm is 100–4000, which cause a wide range of illnesses from both direct contact and the production of hydrogen sulfide, Kaiju No. 11 remains completely unaffected[12][13][3][8][2])
Attack Potency: Mountain level[Statistics Values 1] (In comparison to the prototype Kaiju No. 10, the other Fortitude 9.0 Daikaiju that were created by No. 9 are stated to outshine Kaiju No. 10 entirely in terms of power, speed, and combat ability.[1] As shown with No. 15, all of the No. 9's Cataclysm Fortitude 9.0 Daikaiju, with the exception of Kaiju No. 14, have trained in order to defeat their specific opponent at their maximum power prior to the war,[8] which for No. 11 is 98% Full Release Gen Narumi), Mountain level+[Statistics Values 2] with Water (Can harm[8] and draw blood[3] from Numbers Weapons 1 Full Release Gen Narumi. Uses the same water for offense and automatic defense), higher with Muscle Enhancement (Superior to its water-based attacks as it could not only send Numbers Weapons 1 Full Release Gen Narumi flying through buildings on the two occasions it was used, but also heavily damaged Gen's right torso and cause hairline fractures in two of his left ribs, resulting in the operating room having to divert 2 percent of the suit's constructed muscle to control bleeding[3][2])
Speed: High Hypersonic[Statistics Values 3] (In comparison to the prototype Kaiju No. 11 is 98% Full Release Gen Narumi), High Hypersonic+[Statistics Values 4] with Water (Offensively, it's fast enough to outpace Numbers Weapons 1 Full Release Gen Narumi[8] and kept the captain from getting the kaiju within range for about 15 minutes[2]. Defensively, it could consistently react to attacks from Gen Narumi despite him using his fastest attacks, such as Numbers One: Eruption Slash and Numbers Two: Slash Salvo, and No. 11 was confident in its ability to react to the rest of his techniques[2])
Lifting Strength: Class G[Statistics Values 5] (It has been proven that kaiju of the Daikaiju-class are capable of performing such feats), higher with Water (Capable of halting[3], if not fully immobilizing[2], Numbers Weapons 1 Full Release Gen Narumi on the ground or in the air, leaving him vulnerable for No. 11 to land clean hits on him with no fear of retaliation)
Striking Strength: Mountain level, Mountain level+ with Muscle Enhancement
Durability: Mountain level+[Statistics Values 6] (Able to endure multiple attacks from Numbers Weapons 1 Full Release Gen Narumi, although it was noted to be overwhelmed and that if the assault had continued, it would eventually be neutralized[3]), higher with Water (Could no-sold some of Numbers Weapons 1 Full Release Gen Narumi's strongest attacks, such as Numbers One: Eruption Slash and Numbers Two: Slash Salvo, and No. 11 was confident in its ability to block the rest of his techniques[2])
Stamina: Superhuman (As a kaiju, they possess a near immunity to pain and injury in comparison to humans, as they have cores instead of frail human hearts[14], which allows kaiju to be able to take powerful attacks capable of tearing off their limbs[7][15][16][17], destroying their organs[18], break their spinal cord and neck without being affected by the paralysis[19][20] or having a significant part of their bodies removed[21][22] without flinching or rendered unconscious from the pain. Those with strong willpower are capable of having the stamina to endure a month of battling in Kaiju No. 9’s mental plane, which is teeming with hundreds of Kaiju, each relentlessly swarming their victims and perpetually regenerating or reforming, having no weaponry besides the one that you can conjure, their strength, memories and appearance reduce to when one were at their most vulnerable (I.e, childhood), all the while Kaiju No. 9 has full dominance to the point of spawning tentacles, creating illusions, etc.[4][23][24])
Range: Several Meters physically, Hundreds of Meters with Water Manipulation (Could flood a city block with water, which would be about 200 meters. Could keep Gen Narumi at such a distance that he could not get the kaiju in range for his attacks, both long and close-range[2]), Up to Kilometers with Animal Manipulation (Kaiju No. 10, a prototype,[11] could manipulate the Wyvern-type Kaiju[25][26] across the entirety of Third Division Base), Aura (When a captain-class officer, who possesses an Unleashed Combat Power of 84% or above,[13], unleashes full release, the area is designated as restricted to officers with an Unleashed Combat Power under 60 percent[27]. The reason for this is that a captain-class’s combat power reaches the level of a Daikaiju and thus releases an aura capable of engulfing weaker officers and killing them,[28] which is why those officers usually need permission to perform a Full Release[29] or warn other officers to not approach the danger zone[30], showcasing that Daikaiju’s aura is passive in nature. When an officer wears a Numbers Weapon Weapon Suit, which is crafted from the bodies of Daikaiju, they transform into such a dangerous life form[31] that even First Division Officers, whose combat powers are viewed as impressive by a 60% Full Release Kikoru Shinomiya[32] and hold their own against Kaiju that the same Kikoru would need assistance with[33], stated they needed to evaluate just as much as the civilian instead of providing backup, implying a level of superiority in comparison to those that wear normal Defense Force suits. Danger Zones can range from Hundreds of Meters to Kilometers[30][34]. Kaiju No. 6’s aura was able to affect Kaiju No. 8 from beyond three kilometers away[35]) and Shockwaves (The power of an identified Kaiju, typically a Daikaiju or Numbers Weapon Users, reaches a level where a city as large as Tachikawa cannot hold just by exchanging blows with another[36]. Kaiju No. 10 could create a shockwave that reaches this far), Tens of Kilometers with Extrasensory Perception (Daikaiju, such as Kafka Hibino could sense the Kaiju energy of Soshiro Hoshina, Gen Narumi and Kikoru Shinomiya, who are at Chōfu, Sumida Ward and Chiyoda respectively while at Oizumi[5]. Kaiju No. 9 could sense Kaiju No. 6’s energy within Reno Ichikawa[34] from 20 Kilometers[37])
Standard Equipment: None notable
Gifted. As a kaiju that exceeds Identified Kaiju Class, their combat abilities far surpass those of Identified Kaiju Class, whose combat abilities far exceed those of a regular Daikaiju, because while there are just under 30 officers in the Japanese Defense Force [which should have roughly the same number of members as the Japan-Self Defense Force] and less than ten in terms of solo combat capability capable of fighting Daikaiju, the number drops even lower when up against an Identified Kaiju-Class Threat, as they require several officers with captain-grade strength, and against a powerful kaiju such as No. 11, the number drops even more[14][13]. To further elucidate on their combat abilities, just five Identified Kaiju-Class Threats together are stated to be well beyond what the Eastern Division can handle on their own[13], which included the First Division, the strongest key division of the Defense Force, famous even overseas for its exceptional power[32]. At the very minimum, Daikaiju-class threats are said to have fortitude levels above 8.0, making their combat abilities far greater than Fortitude 6.4 Kaiju, who are considered so dangerous by Third Division Soshiro Hoshina that neutralizing just one would require an entire company of general officers from the Third Division[38]. General Officers from the Third Division possess Unleashed Combat Powers around 20-30%[39], making them more skilled than JSDF military officers, such as Aoi Kaguragi, who was recognized as the military's rising star when he first joined the Defense Force, not to mention capable of holding their own against kaiju[37] who is not only intelligent enough to predict Soshiro Hoshina’s movement but is fast enough to blitz him and knock him away when using 51% of Numbers Weapon 10's power — meaning that these kaiju are more than capable of blitzing and one-shotting the general officers[40] — and neutralize them. Upon seeing Kikoru dodge its point-blank surprise attack after thoroughly blitzing her, Kaiju No. 15 stated that it was only slightly impressed, implying that for Daikaiju-level fighters, such a display is the bare minimum to keep up with them and could likely replicate the feat.[30] Additionally, Daikaiju-class Kaiju are noted to be comparable to a restrained Kaiju No. 8 in terms of skill, who could hold his own against Soshiro Hoshina, who is a highly skilled kaiju slayer whose skills against miniature and midsize kaiju surpass those of the Captain of the Strongest Division in the Defense Force, "Japan's Strongest Anti-Kaiju Combatant", Gen Narumi, as he could resist an onslaught from Soshiro by dodging his blades and changing their course with precision despite being the slower of the two[7].
This Identified Kaiju was created by Kaiju No. 9 to exterminate the Defense Force using Director General Shinomiya's extensive knowledge of the Defense Force's capabilities—both its strengths and weaknesses—and should be able to mimic and counter their officers’ tactics and techniques in battle[3]. Stated that in terms of combat ability, the other Fortitude 9.0 Daikaiju such as Kaiju No. 12 outshines that of the prototype Kaiju No. 10[1]. The hydrokinesis-based abilities of this kaiju enable it to compete with opponents such as Defense Force First Division Captain Gen Narumi, who is dressed in the full Numbers Weapon 1 Combat Suit that allow him to anticipate the movements of multiple opponents at once by reading the electrical impulses from their nervous systems and heighten his perception to the point of perceiving the world as frozen[3]. Because Kaiju No. 11 is given Isao Shinomiya's memories and can see any point in them with perfect clarity as shown by No. 11 being able to recite the very same words Isao used to tell Gen[2], it should be able to directly access Isao's combat powers and experiences as the strongest soldier the Defense Force had ever seen[16] and Humanity's Strongest[41]. Those with strong willpower are capable of enduring a month of battling in Kaiju No. 9 has full dominance to the point of spawning tentacles, creating illusions, etc.[4][23][24]
Soshiro stated that one should anticipate cold-blooded attacks from kaiju.[42] Despite typical Kaiju being animalistic in nature and often attack with no regard for how open they will be after an attack like savage beasts[20], they are more than intelligent enough to predict attacks from skilled Defense Force officers, such as Soshiro Hoshina, although his movement was hindered by Kaiju No. 10[40]. A Kaiju can instinctively tell how strong an opponent is, and due to this, they can instantly make decisions whether to run or engage based on it.[43]
