Summary

Jogo (じょう Jōgo?) is a character in Jujutsu Kaisen. He is a Cursed Spirit and one of the main antagonists of the series. Jogo has immense pride as a Cursed Spirit and a passionate hatred for humans. He believes that Curses are the actual humans as they represent pure truths of life, such as hatred, while normal humans fake many positive emotions and should be exterminated.

Attack Potency: At least City Block level+ (Is a Special Grade Cursed Spirit, making him stronger than inferior level curses and Grade 1 Sorcerers[2], since Grade 1 is the minimum grade needed to defeat a Special Grade Curse[3]. Is stronger than Dagon and Hanami[4][5]. Superior to 3 Fingers Ryomen Sukuna[6]. Kenjaku said he was as strong as 8 to 9 fingers of Sukuna at a generous estimate.[7][8] Easily burned an injured Nanami and Maki, then killed Naobito.[4] Sukuna referred to him as strong and said that he was one of the better fighters he's fought over the years, even among humans, jujutsu sorcerers, and cursed spirits[9]), higher in Domain Expansion (Domain Expansion increases the stats of the user[10][3]), Large Town level+ with Maximum: Meteor (Summons a huge meteor. Would've hurt 15 Finger Sukuna if he hadn't dodged it[8][Statistics Values 1])

Speed: Subsonic (Blitzed injured Maki and Nanami, was compared to Naobito in speed, should be faster than Hanami and Dagon), Possibly Hypersonic+ Attack Speed (Can fire beams which quickly travel a hundred meters), Supersonic Attack Speed with Maximum Meteor (Maximum Meteor is this fast)

Durability: City Block level+ (Took numerous blows from Gojo's Blue enhanced strikes[1], which even caused Yuta and Hakari to throw up[11] from, and had Uraume feeling the pain[12] weeks later. Took a Red[1] to the head which are at least twice the curse energy output from Blue[13]to the face and got back up without much damage from it. Took a beating from a causal 15 finger Sukuna as well)

Intelligence: Above Average (Jogo is an experienced fighter who was able to keep up even with enemies stronger than him, such as Gojo and Sukuna. Capable of quickly analyzing and thinking of methods to deal with a situation mid-battle, smart enough to warn Hanami to avoid taking down his domain amplification against Gojo)

Weaknesses: He can be impetuous and hot-headed at times. After a Domain Expansion, one's Innate Technique becomes unstable and unusable after some time.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Disaster Flames: Jogo's Innate Cursed Technique. It allows Jogo to manipulate and create highly concentrated volcanic flames and can be applied to: shoot heat rays from his palms or head, create mini volcanoes and create large lava hands to lift skyscrapers.
    • Ember Insects (れきちゅう Karekichū?): Jogo can release a large quantity of flying insects like curses that explode on impact.
    • Maximum: Meteor (ごくばんいん Gokunoban・In?): Jogo's Maximum Application of his technique. Jogo can create a large meteor from his application of his technique to destroy a portion of Shibuya.
    • Domain Expansion: Coffin of the Iron Mountain (りょういきてんかいがいかんてっせん Ryōiki Tenkai・Gaikan Tecchisen?): Jogo's ultimate application of his technique. Jogo can create a large mountain in his domain which traps his opponents and nullifies an opponent's technique. The temperature of his domain is so hot that an average sorcerer would burn to shreds. The Domain's selling point is its Can't Miss attack which will always hit the opponent.
  • Domain Amplification (りょういきてんえん Ryōiki Ten'en?) Jogo possesses an anti-domain technique which is a form of power nullification. Jogo used this to nullify Gojo's technique. Moreover, Domain Amplification can be used as a counter against Domain's of other opponents. However, Jogo can't use his Innate Technique whilst using this.
