Summary
Iron Fist (Daniel "Danny" Rand) is a fictional character, a superhero appearing in comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Roy Thomas and Gil Kane, he first appeared in Marvel Premiere #15 (May 1974). He is a practitioner of martial arts and the wielder of a mystical force known as the Iron Fist, which allows him to summon and focus his chi. The character starred in his own solo series in the 1970s, and shared the title Power Man and Iron Fist for several years with Luke Cage, partnering with Cage to form the superhero team Heroes for Hire. The character has starred in numerous solo titles since, including The Immortal Iron Fist, which expanded on his origin story and the history of the Iron Fist.

- Martial Arts Mastery, Pressure Points (Can perform sleeper pinches, and disarm his enemies) and Weapon Mastery
- Stealth Mastery (Snuck into the Avengers Mansion, Can move so silently not even trained hearing of the students can detect him, and sneak up on Spider-Man using Camouflage)
- Instinctive Reaction (Spider-Man stated that Iron Fist's combat technique is totally instinctive, while the Spider-Sense is warning Peter from one attack, Iron Fist is already attacking from somewhere else[1])
- Enhanced Senses (Can easily fight while blind, hear the sound of sweat drops, perceive radioactive residue on the ground, and trick Daredevil's own senses)
- Projection and Construct Creation (Can fire chi blast, infuse objects with chi, Can reduce his body's energy to almost zero, and can create chi constructs)

Tanked / absorbed the explosion of a train filled with enough explosions to "Make Hiroshima look like a sparkler", and which was going to decimate K'un-Lun)

Intelligence: Gifted. Being a martial arts master, Rand is proficient in many of Earth's forms of combat, including Kunlunquan, Shaolinquan, Fujian White Crane, Judo, Aikido, Wing Chun, Ninjutsu, Muay Thai, Karate, Boxing, and even loose street fighting tactics. Recently, he gained access to the knowledge, experience, and skills of all the Iron Fists before him. He's skilled in unique chi-based techniques, such as the "Drunken style" that masks him from such things as Spider-Man's Spider-Sense and Mister X's telepathic reflexes. He possesses a massive number of ways to kill a man, such as the Black-Black Poison Touch, which uses his chi to kill anyone in the close vicinity. Rand has also been trained in the use of almost all martial arts weapons, and can speak fluent in K'un-Lun, English, Chinese, and has a limited vocabulary in Japanese.
